THIS PLACE HITS EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! My go to poke spot in Anaheim. Poke is great and so consistent, a lot options for toppings as well serving size for the price is unbeatable. I recently ordered the Eel Rice Plate and my goodness it did not disappoint. I was worried it was going to be fishy, but man was I wrong. It’s also paired with cucumbers and seaweed salad, it’s beyond delicious! And the serving size for it, come on! There are big chunks of eel, not skinny slivers of meat. I would be ordering again. The tea options they offer also shhmacks! I’ve ordered mango slush, taro milk tea, passionfruit green tea which all are tasty. The grass jelly and boba are also fire - fresh, soft and chewy! So glad I tried this place out, now I go every 2-3 weeks (:

Place was clean staff was friendly ordered a mango slush which was good nothing bad to say about that but I also ordered a strawberry mango smoothie which was so bad and just to sour and bitter tasted rancid I threw it out after the first sip it’s my first time coming so I’m assuming and giving them the benefit of doubt that maybe got like a bitter batch of fruit or maybe something went bad while making it. Very slow service with only one person working for such a busy place like this is sad not the employees fault more like the owners fault for not hiring more staff. Food is decent I think it’s very pricey for just 3 scoops of meat. Very clean though.

Hours say they are open at 11AM, we got here at 11 and the door was locked. Waited 10 more minutes and the door is still locked despite the “open” sign was turned on. We decided to call their number, automated pre-recorded voice said they are closed. Being 10 minutes late into opening time is ridiculous.

Place is nice and clean, with great music playing all the time. Workers are great and super helpful! Food always tastes so good and incredibly fresh. I frequent this spot often and I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

Check out Poke & Tea Factory for the yummies, most filling poke bowls in OC! We were greeted with great service and had 2 large custom bowls with our fave proteins: salmon and tuna and topped with delicious sauces and garnishes. Here it was my first time seeing chili powder as a topping option! We even sat down in the establishment to enjoy right away since it was so clean and spacious. Would definitely visit again!

I went to Poke and Tea Factory on a very rainy day for the first time and I absolutely loved it. There were two employees there, one manning the tea and one manning the poke. They were very nice and generous with portions for both the drinks and the poke. The poke itself tasted fresh and had plenty of flavor. I ate the Zesty tuna bowl with extra masago, and it lived up to its name in spiciness and flavor! Will definitely be back!

Parking: They’re located in a big plaza, so finding a spot is easy. Free parking lot.
Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space with a good amount of indoor seating. No outdoor seating. It’s clean and bright inside.
Service: There were two workers when we visited. The male worker can be a bit passive aggressive, but he was quick & efficient. He also suggested good recommendations toward the sauces in my poke bowl and asked about our feedback toward the drinks.
Food & drinks:
1) Thai Tea Smoothie - The Thai tea taste was strong. Although it was blended with ice, it wasn’t watered down at all. Its thickness still remained even after an hour of sitting.
2) Viet Iced Coffee - Their Viet coffee wasn’t as strong as I’m used to, but it was still good. You can still taste the coffee.
3) Poke Bowl - Built my own large bowl. The large bowls come with 3 proteins. I chose brown rice as my base with salmon, tuna, & albacore as my proteins and topped with carrot, seaweed, imitation crab, edamame, mango, cucumbers, cilantro, spicy mayo, ponzu lime, sesame oil, masago, green onions, seaweed, furikake, sesame seeds, & fried onions. Everything was FRESH and flavorful!
4) Gyudon Beef Rice - My bf ordered this. It is only offered in a medium size. There was a generous amount of protein and toppings. The beef was cooked well, and the sauce made it more flavorful.
Pricing: It is average priced for boba drinks and bowls. We left fulfilled and satisfied!
