Delicious, juicy, chicken with exceptional service. I have never been so satisfied with a fast food chain. $35 easily feeds a family of 4 which is a hard deal to beat. My kids like the fried chicken better, but don't sleep on the roasted chicken because it is so flavorful.

This feedback is for both customer service and accuracy of order. The person that took my order was Ray Sanchez and he lacks good customer service. As he took my order through the drive thru I had to repeat my order a number of times and it was rushed. When I arrived at the window he didn't even greet me and but he again asked for my order having to repeat it once again. He asked again if I wanted bread, I said yes, yet I got tortillas. He asked for payment and didn't say how much my order was. Gave me my order and immediately closed the door behind him and and walked away yet I had order a drink that I noticed was not on my ticket. I tried to get the staffs attention by honking my horn but no one responded. I got out of my car and knocked on the window multiple time until someone noticed that I was still waiting. The lady that came to the window asked what was wrong and then went to get Ray. When Ray arrived, he immediately told me that he remembered me ordering the drink and scolded me because I had not paid for it. I let him know that I was aware of that and I assured him that I was not trying to get anything for free and but I did order the drink and I was expecting to pay for it. He told me not to worry that he was going to give me the drink, I asked to pay for it but he insisted but he was still condescending and lacking any type of care. Now the food was great, it is such a shame that the manager lacks so much, no attention to the client or staff. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced at a fast food restaurant.

ever since i saw the first ads, i been planning to drop by. once this location opened, i had to try it.
i got their grilled chicken. the chicken is juicy n the flavor goes all the way to the bone!!! the flavor is sooo soo good n addicting i can never eat a few pieces. told a few others n now my mom cant get enough of it.
they always treat her like family n even gave her complimentary snack.
u can tell they are proud of what they cook n it shows not just in their food but how their workers treat their customers no matter race or age.
they have a good sized menu with plenty if options n yess even fried chicken too haha
highly recommend i try it!

I waited several months before trying Pollo Campero. I thought it would be enough time to work out the kinks.
To me the chicken was a 2, the only thing II liked were the plantains, they were an 8. Not a remarkable place, servers/cashiers during the time I went at 2:30pm were blah! Did not seem to want to work there. They were kind but even the food was blah! I will never eat there again. I dislike Pollo Loco because they overcook chicken till it is jerky. And it does not taste good the next day. The only chicken that is good is Popeyes, I love everything they make and chicken is good the next day. Next good chicken is SAMs, a whole rotisserie chicken under $5. Tasty and moist. Me and my cat Freddy enjoy it together then he has it the rest of the week.

Came to this place because i was in the area and love pollo campero. I am very pleased with my experience here. My food came quick and freshly hot which was amazing. The Food tasted incredible, it was well cooked. The workers were super kind and it was nicely tidy inside. I would definitely come to this location again. I had a wonderful experience in this pollo campero.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, ala cart. It was your basic white mystery meat extruded from a machine that gives it a uniform, over-processed texture, rubberized then deep fried. Fry sauce and 3 sweet pickle slices, one of which fell out after throwing it into a box, then a giant bag and NO napkins. All for $9.06 No wonder the place is empty.
