My kids like the food, but service here is bad! I think they need a better manager and well trained front counter employees. We're going to different locations now!

This popeyes has the driest chicken I ain't coming back here, my usual popeyes is the one about 10 miles below this one and their chicken is mad juicy. But sum wrong with this location super dry chicken.

I came here for a simple order. The host rodolfo is a rude and incompetent individual.

The food was nasty, the chicken was old and cold it was slightly pink. The rice and beans was so cold. The fries were soggy and absolutely disgusting.

As I was eating their food in their store, my stomach started to ache, I had to leave in a hurry because I started feeling nauseous.

This is so far, I will be updating this review later. Plus I am calling the department of health and filing a complaint. This was not worth $20 bucks

Their bathroom was filthy and out of soap. I asked politely to please refill the soap so I can wash my hands before eating. Even though I asked politely, they refused to do so. Then I asked if I could use their hand sanitizer real quick. They wouldn't let me get behind the desk to just grab hand sanitizer for 5 seconds. Eventually, I got really pissed off and cancelled my order. A filthy restroom and a lack of soap in that filthy restroom is really disgusting in a place where people go to eat. I don't think I'll go back to this particular Popeyes anymore.

Sure people make mistakes but the order wasn't complicated. In fact it should be automatic. If there a biscuit, there's a side also. It's already overpriced and I don't even get what I payed for.

It looks like it should have a drive through, but it doesn't have one. The inside hasn't been kept up well. It was nice to order via the iPad. However, there seemed to be only one person working in the front and maybe one in the kitchen. We waited for a pretty long time to get our food.

Well, it was very hot, pretend that you were entering a sauna, we eat inside because we have no other option, we poor workers are passing through without any kind of ventilation, it is unfair that they have them working like that.
