Worst part is the customer service, I was told by Araceli she doesn't eat this food because of the quality. So why the heck am I purchasing it. Way to lose a customer for life and the way you are bad mouthing it why work the front let alone be a lead or manager. She walked away from me while asking if it was fresh and if the signature sauce is spicy shame on her for treating people like this especially when everyone has a Tuesday deal nowadays.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered mashed potatoes with hardly any gravy, so I asked for more gravy. They wanted to charge me .75 cents for it. I wouldn’t come back to this location. They’re cheap with their gravy.

This place sucks , no drinking water , no Coke , the Coke came out white and foamy, biscuits was burnt , gravy on the mashed potatoes was watery , Never Never come back here again.Won't be surprised when it closes down. Deserves 0 stars.

The leg and thigh pieces we got were so small and dry even though it was just freshly fried. This Popeyes used to be the best by frying the juiciest chicken. This is the second time we’ve given it a shot. The quality has really gone down, and the prices have shot sky high. It’s disappointing, how good this place used to be and how barely acceptable is now. They’re Cutting corners too much and quality is not worth it anymore
