Went on the day before for a 8 piece spicy for my first time which I enjoyed, but when I went back this morning the worker and the manager were nice but the service was bad. only because I'm disabled and I rode my bicycle up there from the Fullerton airport when I got home to share the family meal with my family we all noticed that it wasn't the spicy that I ordered Diego the manager was saying that they're looking at the footage and that they pulled it from the spicy and I said I could bring you a pieces in the morning in a bag because I can't come back being disabled and having a device hooked up to me. The bag of sauces was stuck together because the honey packs were broken. If you go to this location just make sure to check your boxes before you leave otherwise they won't fix your issue whether you're disabled or not disappointed on how they rather defend each other but not fix my issue in a timely manner.

I chose to go with the special offer which was the 9 piece family deal I explained to Michaela the manager how bad the food was the last time,and if she can please make sure that it's great this time and she did she was very nice helpful and even helped me on the kiosk since I had trouble on it❤️🔥🔥🔥 all the pieces were fresh the drumsticks defenetly bigger than the thighs, thanks Michaela you're very pretty and nice give her a raise

Staff was friendly, but food was bad. I went during lunch hour, so you would expect the food to be fresh, but the tenders and shrimp were cold and dry like they'd been out for a few hours.

I'm also confused about the surf & turf meal. I got the meal by itself (no combo), and it only came with the tenders and shrimp. However the menu states it also comes with a side and biscuit (whereas the combo adds a drink). Not sure if they forgot half my meal, or if the menu does a bad job at explaining what the non-combo comes with, but it seems like it was supposed to include those.

They are horrible.They never have anything they're out of everything.They have a horrible attitude.I've tried going here four times and they were out of chicken.They were out of half their side.Items, it's ridiculous, and they have a terrible attitude.

My family and I love this chicken. My mother wanted to try the widely advertised Buterfly shrimp so after work I went to this store to get some chicken and her 8 pc Buterfly shrimp. What a disappointment! Instead of shrimp, there were only bits of fried batter in the box!! They were directly to the garbage disposal. I understand I went to the drive thru late (10:20pm) but if you don't have shrimp just say it! Don't sell me the waste you're about to throw in the trash 30 minutes later. Huge difference from advertising to reality!! 😐

I usually ask for extra mayo, but this has never happened to me. Opening the bag looked like a crime scene, I mean who does this? It was empty when I went so it’s not like they were super busy. At this point it’s more mayo than chicken.

Imagine running a fast food establishment and not having any food,
left an hour before closing and not being willing to cook anything while still having the drive-through open. Then proceeding to give customers attitude because they want to order food at your establishment when you’re still open. The girl at the drive-through, the big one with the long nails rude.!!!!

Omg!! Can you really call these chicken tenders? More like chicken leathers.

Wafer thin, rock hard pieces of chicken.

Probably won’t be going back anytime soon. So disappointing.
