i didn’t like this boba like i ordered the strawberry and i put 100% sugar and it’s so like dull like there’s almost no sweetness at all and the service was slow i waited 15 min for my boba and i was the only one waiting

Asked for ice water gave ice then water then more ice BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

It was my first time to visit this location. The staff was very friendly but the taste of matcha milk tea I ordered was very plain and even wasn't enough sweet at all(I requested 100% sweetness but it was taste like 30% sweetness). I paid almost like $7.50 for the milk tea but not worth it at all. I never come back to this place.

Drink was really good but the workers talk sooo loud. I thought they were arguing at first but they weren’t. So unprofessional

This was a cute little place located inside Good Food/ Food Hall. They definitely have a lot of options. I took my time to look around and view the different menus and specials they had going on. Once I was ready, I placed my order on the kiosk.
They had even more promos on the kiosk. Which was a special treat. There were so many options I wanted to try. I ended up going to strawberry fruit tea for the nice hot day.

Ordered a Vietnamese coffee 100% sweetness unfortunately it’s so bitter they forget the condensed milk or something. I drink Vietnamese coffee all the time but never have I had one so bitter and undrinkable. I couldn’t even give it away. $7.00 wasters

Unfortunately, every time I have been here, my order has been incorrect or the wait time has been extremely long even with no line. Last time I was there, I ordered my drink and the lady asked me 3 times to repeat my order. I ordered 2-3 toppings and specified ice/sugar level. There was no one in line, but the order took 15 minutes, and the order was not correct with missing toppings, even after I had repeated them 3 times. Other times I’ve gone with friends, we’ve waited 25 minutes for our drinks with maybe 2-3 customers ahead of us. I would not recommend this location specifically since you will be waiting, and the prices do not make the waiting and wrong orders worth jt.

I don't recommend coming here if it is even remotely crowded. Waiting 30 minutes for one drink is ridiculous. I also watched an employee call out 3 orders and just hand drinks to the first person that walked up. She ended up giving one customer's drink to the wrong person. She told the customer he'd get his drink replaced but he was still waiting there when I finally got my order, which was close to 10 minutes after she gave his drink to the wrong person.

Took some work friends here on our lunch break. Longest wait ever. Took at least 30 minutes to get our 2 drinks out and they don’t let you order ahead in the app any more. Will never go back.

Place is convenient. We ordered the white peach oolong tea and there’s really nothing to complain about and nothing to hype about as well. It’s a typical boba joint with nothing much to add.

Didn't order so can't criticize the drinks. But right away they have a sign that says "no cash " . Which should be illegal. Also your supposed to order on an iPad of some sort. Needless to say lost one order for the day.
