Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill and Patio

The food presentation and taste was great. Hasn't jazzy atmosphere somewhat kind friendly. They didn't have any high chairs, but they had boosters will come back again.

Food was delicious, Service was great, sat outside in the balcony (had to request for it) and celebrated my birthday however, I noted what we were celebrating on my reservation and they did not acknowledge it so that was disappointing! Overall, it was a good experience.

Great food. Awesome Jazz piano player. Our server was amazing and so nice and courteous. I highly recommend.

The staff at Jazz Kitchen did an amazing job with helping keep our toddler family member with major food allergies safe while we enjoyed a meal with extended family. Cannot praise Heather enough for delivering the meals as not to have them delivered directly by the toddler. The food and ambiance was superb. Will always remember Jazz Kitchen when visiting.

The reason I'm giving a low rating is because when I made the reservation I requested to sit outside and they didn't sit us outside. The whole point of why we wanted outside was for the ambiance and we were visiting. Had I known we weren't allowed to sit outside I would have gone to another restaurant. I was not happy about this.

I remember the old Jazz kitchen pre Covid, it had the best food, tons of variety of Po-boys, and the coolest architecture. This new “modern makeover” loses the charm of Downtown Disney and makes it no different than a restaurant in any strip mall

It was just ok but the shrimp and grits were the star The filet medallions were not tender and undercooked The staff were friendly and accommodating and because of that we got to enjoy the Disneyland fireworks Will be be in a hurry to come back.

Great outdoor dining experience with amazing customer service. Food was delicious, and live music is part of the magic. Pricing is expensive, but it is a tourist attraction.

I came for my Birthday and this restaurant helped with making my day a special day! Jasmine was our server and she was top tier with her service. This restaurant has live entertainment. The pianist sang many Disneys songs (old and new). We played name that tune as she sung the song. I the pianist had the restaurant sing happy birthday to me. The decor of the restaurant is relaxation. There is patio seating, veranda seating and inside with the live entertainment who sang. There is also upstairs seating. The food was good for the price point and a proper portion of food. I had a tasty hurricane. This a kid friendly restaurant. This restaurant validates parking. I made reservations through open table.

Had an early dinner reservation so the restaurant started off pretty quiet but got louder as others came in which was expected. Service was very quick and nice. Nice to find something other than the normal food at Disney

Food was mediocre at best. Our server really tried but clearly understaffed. Noise was ridiculous and the seating arrangement was so crowded our chairs were hit repeatedly and once by a server so hard that hot coffee spilled all over the table and my fiance. He was in such a hurry he didn't notice nor did he stop. Disappointing; Not worth the $$$.

Our waiter Ben was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and my daughter finally tried something new! She had the kids filet mignon & fries, I had the chicken Cesar salad and Ben said I should get the blackened chicken and he was right! We will definitely be back.

What a great experience from outstanding food and an awesome server Kevin. If you have a chance, try this place out and ask for Kevin.

We had an attentive server who delivered us great food and even better drinks. Would go back again!

We dined yesterday and had a wonderful meal. Dani was our server and she was very friendly, helpful, and attentive! She recommended some excellent meals and they were all delicious. I had the Jambalaya, but cannot handle very spicy food. She mentioned that it was not too spicy and she was right. She came back to check on me during and after to make sure everything was good...it was! It was just about at the top of my spiciness level and very flavorful.
