Service was wonderful. It is always nice when there are allergy menus available. Our table was jammed under the stairs and our table was very wobbly. It looked like there was a nice ambience--it is unfortunate we only got to experience wrought iron and waiting trays.
The food here was awful. We ordered the crab cakes and the jambalaya, it came out 2 min later. No surprise, the food was gross! We returned the food and left. No manager came to apologize, it was as if they didn't care and was part of the every evening activities. For what the food cost, it was bad. The crab cakes are $37, at least make sure they're fresh and not.
The food and entertainment at the piano bar room was terrific. The food and drinks are a little pricey but felt the experience was worth it.
As an upscale restaurant in the heart of Disney. We were kind of surprised that the shrimp wasn't de-veined.
We had a great experience, we got seated on the balcony on the way corner which made it nice because it felt very intimate. We had an amazing server Marilyn she had a great personality we shared how our the experience reminded us of our experience in New Orleans. As far as the food the portions were perfect and the taste.. my goodness. Overall just an awesome dinner experience.
With a reservation check in was quick, especially during the rain. Our waitress came quickly to get our drink order. Once we ordered our food it didn't take too long. Everyone's food at our table was delicious. The grits are amazing, so creamy. Really enjoyed our evening there and all staff were accommodating.
Great food. Very authentic and delicious! Wait staff was super nice and helpful with our complicated kiddo requests!
Server and staff were great. Food quality was ok and not great based on the pricing of the dishes. Portion size was large.
This use to be my favorite restaurant! They took out not only some of my favorite dishes away, like Blackened Salmon, Pork Chop with sweet potato mash, but they took out the New Orleans vibe and atmosphere! The lights use to be dimmed with candles and now it’s all bright! It just feels like a regular family restaurant with expensive food! I’m glad I was able to celebrate my 55th birthday a year a half ago before they took away what I loved about the Jazz Kitchen! At least they still have the yummy Double Chocolate Bread Pudding! The hubby and I use to go there just for that and now you can’t do that! Speaking of the Hubby, he said the Filet Medallions were way too salty! And we both have ordered those in the past and it was so good! And I had the Reef & Beef that was good, but took off that weird green tomatoe chow-chow it was gross!

Jazz Kitchen Downtown Disney restaurant was awesome! My wife and I shared the Creole Pasta Jambalaya, which was fantastic. Jessica, the manager personally greeted us. She took care of us personally when a drink came out that didn't taste pleasant to us and replaced it with a drink we did like. We also tried the Banana Foster Glazed Beignets - delicious! Thank you Jazz kitchen staff and Jessica for taking care of us!!

Loved the food, atmosphere, and friendly service. If you got a hankering for some Cajon cuisine, and you want a friendly service bringing it to you, this is the place. Thank you Jazz Kitchen for the wonderful time.

I’m not sure if they are racist or not but for a party of 8, my server was almost never around, I arrived prior to the 2 parties sitting beside us, and both of there orders were bought before ours hot and steamy, I had previously asked can they turn on the heaters since we had no choice but to sit outside while there were clearly plenty of vacant tables inside,my food arrived about hour later and the food was all cold my biggest issue was everyone else’s tables food was bought out hot. Food was bland and cold terrible combination for 250.00 tab tipped responsibly and will not return
