This place is so cute! It reminds me of a hipster joint you would find in LA or Tokyo. They play funky music and offer happy hour everyday 8pm to close and you get $2 off munchies (their version of appetizers or small plates) and $1 off drinks. The food can be pretty spicy. For example, the drunken noodles were like a 7/10 on spice level. The boat noodle soup was loaded with robust flavor. The fried chicken wings appetizer was moist with a sweet and tangy sauce. They offer a variety of drinks from Thai tea to fresh coconut as well as unique desserts! I've been to Thailand and some of the best Thai restaurants in LA and OC and this place ranks among them for their creativity and uniqueness. The service is good and everything came out in good time. Another plus is that they provided eco-friendly to go packaging AND their water is fresh and clean! Didn't taste like tap water! I'd come back to try their other foods but make sure that the spice is not as intense.

Ryan was our server and he set a great vibe right away. The food was delicious and I will definitely be coming back. This is a great lunch spot and the portions are very filling. Definitely worth checking out!

Was craving hainan chicken and a friend suggested this place. Was a bit skeptical that it was a Thai restaurant that had hainan chicken but this place did not disappoint. I got the combo where it had poached and fried chicken. Ou can ask for soup if you're dining in. The service was really friendly and attentive too.

I got the Tom Ka with Noodles, fish and shrimp and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Probably the best (and only) Hainan chicken you can get in the -very local- area. It does have a Thai twist to it, so they have poached and fried options available. We ordered take out, but from what I can see the place looks like a great place to catch up with your friends over lunch or dinner. The workers are super chill and nice!

This is my 3rd time here. I'm so happy I finally found a good Thai place in Fullerton area. My favorite is the tofu pad Thai. Taste super authentic and flavorful. Their foxy kiss dish is also really good. Friendly staff and service. High recommend!

Since moving here, i've been in search for the best Thai restaurant west of Manhattan, NYC, and i think this takes the cake. i'm an avid orderer of a pad see ew at every thai restaurant i enter and Luck Gai's is 10/10. but i had to try their signature fried chicken combo and omg i'll never not order that again. sooooo good and it comes with a cup of broth that adds so much flavor to the rice. customer service is also a 10/10 here. one time my buddy ordered a spicy dish and i was burning up so the server brought me a carton of milk to wash it down. i dare you to find a restaurant with a more personalized touch to the food, fantastic customer service, and cool owner in Ryan!?

Hidden Gem!! My friend and I met here for lunch and loved everything about our visit. We got a table outside in the shade and the server came take our orders. The many has a lot of variety and so many things to choose from. We ordered the puffy cream cheese, the shrimp tempura, and spicy yellow curry. Everything had a lot of flavor and medium curry was not really spicy. The service was great and the prices are fair. We are looking forward to trying other items next time!

Our go-to Thai restaurant. We always get the Panang curry, pad see ew, and mighty combo (half poached chicken, half fried chicken). All are awesome. Portions could be larger but I'm not going to take a star off for that. It's tough out there! Because of the kids, we always do take out. Today we picked up our food and got home just to find out that our might combo was missing. We called them and they told us that they'd drive it to our house. A few minutes later, they were here and we were able to enjoy it with the rest of our meal. We've never had bad service and today they went above and beyond. We'll continue to be regular customers. We can't get enough!

Went back and they were out of egg rolls. I was really hungry so I got some other appetizer that I can only describe as rubbery meat on a stick. It wasn't hot, fresh or appetizing. My entree wasn't hot either, but the rice was. Really disappointing.

Great taste of food! Out of Drunken Noodles and Going Nuts, Drunken Noodles had more of a delicious taste. But for a filling meal, Going Nuts is a better choice.

Ryan, one of the owners, is always friendly and humorous. Food is delicious and a great value! Sometimes a wait but I've found that Sunday dinner time is usually quick to be seated and served. Support this small business! They are awesome!
