I was on a business trip and decided to catch the Disneyland fireworks from the rooftop. I had an enjoyable evening, and the service was great! I would come back here if I am in the area.

Drinks were not good! Between 4 drinks, three were not enjoyable. Service was very attentive and the view is nice. The $30 per hour valet after the first 2 hours covered put a big damper on our night. We were at valet with three other groups that were all leaving because of the excessive charge.

Ambience and location was phenomenal but food was very mediocre. Drinks were definitely good but if you're coming hungry expecting amazing food. Don't it's as normal as anywhere else you'll go.

This place was really nice. My favorite food was the caprese skewers but all the food was really good. We got to see the beautiful sunset on a clear night. Thanks to the proximity of the nearby theme park if you are there at 9:30 PM you get a spectacular view of the fireworks. Valet is free with validation for 2 hours.

First time here and I must say. It was an amazing experience. The service is absolutely awesome. Mae our server was awesome. She kept on checking on us and she had a great attitude. The overall vibe was incredible and the DJ was playing great music. The food was delicious and fresh. The view of Disneyland was also great. Kudos to the leadership and team. I will be back.

Absolutely fantastic!! From the food to our server, May, everything was great. We had the Ahi Nachos, Duck Tacos, Cuban Bites, Edamame, Fries, Sashimi and Oysters. All of it delicious! The kids loved everything as well. Highly recommend!

-Food 5/5- we came for happy hour appetizers and got truffle fries and a CA roll. The portions were huge and everything was tasty.

The reason I left 2 stars was for an incident that left a bad taste in my mouth at the end of our meal. I ordered a happy hour old fashioned. After all, we were there for happy hour appetizers. The server asked what my whiskey preference was. I sad it didn’t matter, “well was fine”. The server then suggested a whiskey that turned out to be a higher tier whiskey. I didn’t notice, unfortunately. Then when we asked why the upcharge on the happy hour old fashioned- the server told me that any whiskey drinker would have recognized this was a higher tier whiskey (that he recommended) and the manager refused to honor the happy hour pricing because I drank it. Smhhhh -.- oh well, it was a delicious old fashioned but I do feel like I was swindled.

We completely understand that conditions can change, but we were really disappointed that no one contacted us before our reservation to let us know Rise Rooftop Lounge would be closing early. We went all the way out there expecting to enjoy our night and watch the fireworks, and while Disney still set them off, we weren’t able to see them from the lounge because when we arrived for our reservation, they told us they decided to close early. Some communication prior to arrival would have been greatly appreciated.

I went to rise roof top with my four year old son and husband … i had one glass of wine and they cut me off i asked them why? I’m 37 my husband and kid was with me sitting on my lap etc .., i called the manager after , I used to work in food and beverage, but also I did not think the scenario was accurate at all! When I called him, he did answer promptly and talk to me sincerely and I understood the facts of food and beverage cause I been there before …. At the same time, it was completely ridiculous. My husband was like wait what you’ve literally just been sitting here with me eating food with our kid.
