Ordered delivery from this place and it was alright. The salmon was not fresh and you could taste it. The pepper tuna roll was pretty decent but the sampler was not very fulfilling. I don't think I would visit the restaurant to dine in and I would maybe order delivery again if it was the only option.
If they have the negative 5 star, i will give them -5* . I ordered food here yesterday through Postmate. my husband and i get diarrhea. I don't understand why they can still do business now. Is there a money laundering?

This is not an actual restaurant. The actual place you pick up the food is a pick up place for a dozen different restaurants. I waited extremely long, and the food was less than desirable. Sushi was old looking, smelled off, and was extremely overpriced.

This place sucks. I scheduled an order on Postmates a few days in advanced. About an hour before the scheduled delivery, i got a notification that Royal Sans couldn't finish my order and cancel. No other explanations nor any restitution or makeup offer. I'd never order from this place again.

Less than one star if possible. Dark magic sushi was one of the best fast sushi experiences I've had. Sadly they're closed on Saturdays, so I thought hey.. if Royal San is in the same building, they've got to be decent. This wasn't even supermarket sushi. This was disgusting. From the locker to my mouth was about 1.5 minutes, but the handroll was filled with so much gelatinous goo that it pulled apart like rubber. Everything was covered in a flavorless (spicy mayo?) hard to say what it was, but I purposely ordered items without it because it usually just masks flavors.. This time it didn't mask anything though I wish it had. To top it off, it's more expensive than dark magic. Please close your store, sushi isn't for you*Update* legitimately got sick from this place. I don't think it was the fish. Most likely the rancid seaweed salad? I wish I was joking

the worst fish to rice ratio i have ever experienced. i ordered 2 alaskan rolls and they were genuinely 90% rice all the way through. salmon on top also did not taste fresh
Good place to get some sushi delivered. I usually get the salmon teriyaki bowl and a spicy salmon roll, which are awesome!

I myself is also sushi chef from Boston. I visited to Disney and I ordered takeout sushi from Royal San sushi near me especially chef sampler item. This platter includes rainbow roll, crunchy roll and tuna, salmon, snapper nigiri. Luckily there are buy one get one Free so I ordered it. So…delicious and ❤️ it. I recommend Royal San sushi for everyone!!! Oishii…………..

The first time I ordered from here through UberEats, it was great. The second time, not so great. Although I was aware some of the orders were only 5 pieces (for $9.99!) the pieces were incredibly small, there was barely any fish AND there was hair on one of the rolls. Additionally, the crispy rice with spicy salmon/spicy rolled salmon items were rock hard. I was asked for a review and gave my honest opinion regarding the experience and they replied with something totally unrelated. Things happen, I get it but it would have been better to own up to the problem than to tell me to pay attention to what I'm ordering.
