Rubios... so good especially on Tuesday! You can't beat the fish tacos for $1.25 on Tuesday. I don't really come here except on Tuesday. And their salsa are so good, I'm glad they are generous with it.

This is a great location. Mostly busy during lunch but still great service and fast.

I was waiting for my food, and I noticed that the people in the kitchen were using their bare hands to make all the food. So I asked an employee if they usually use their bare hands and don't wear gloves. She said they are not required to. That is absolutely disgusting. God knows what they touch. I am disgusted. I don't even want to eat my food.

Don't come early. Got here at 10:08am. Sign says 10am, online says 10am. I would have left but I wasn't the one who drove. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Finally opened the doors at 10:29am. This is enough for me to never come back. An apology doesn't make up for lost time.

I love Rubios, but when my children and I went here on a trip it closed at 7:30! So now we have to find a different spot as we are all starving. It is pretty preposterous!?? They don’t have my approval

Nice place to eat while my Tesla is charging.

Decided to mix it up from my usual California fish grill and go to Rubios. The line was all the way to the door and I wasn't feeling it right away, but we were already there. After about 5 minutes, the manager(?) comes out of the back and announces over the counter that the wait for food is 25 minutes. I looked around and saw that no one had food and there were little # flags on every table. I figured the 25 minute wait was optimistic at best, plus one of the tables had Ducks fans, so we decided to leave. As we were walking out we saw Papos and thought to give it a try. So happy! The food was awesome, the server pleasant and helpful, and we didn't have to wait long at all. I was keeping an eye on what other people ordered and it all looked delicious as my food. The yellow rice is a must! The croquettes were perfect. We are excited to go back and try something else. Thanks for sucking Rubios!! UPDATE: 02-26-2020 Not trying to pick on Rubios, but if we were playing a game of Tic-Tac-Crappy, they would definitely be winning. Our company had a lunch meeting and ordered a platter of burritos. These are made and then cut in 1/2 before being placed on a tray. I shouldn't have to look for the chicken/steak sticker when looking at a cross section of burrito, the meat should be distinguishable. But upon tasting, I found out why. It's all rice and and salsa. Easily 1/2 of the composition was rice. Boo-hoo, Rubios. Give me something good to say. I hope that this is reflective of this store only and not the chain as a whole. To be continued....

Food here is not fresh. Their salads have wilted lettuce. They're tables are never cleaned up. They do not use gloves to prepare food. Ew! Cashier is never friendly and the manager is lazy!

came for lunch hour and before i could even order was told it was about a 20 minute wait to get food because they were short staffed. i said no problem, i went ahead and ordered a chicken bow and said it's fine, i can wait. after about 3 minutes of waiting the same cashier comes up to me and said they are out of chicken bowls, if i wanted anything else or a refund. took the refund and left.

Came to get a California bowl. I tried it the other night and was very impressed with the brown rice and quinoa in it. When I ordered I was told they can make the brown and quinoa since their microwave was down. I asked if they heatt it up in the microwave and she said yes and looked at me as if I was crazy for asking. I find it weird that Rubios literally has a big wall of how "fresh" everything is but yet they microwave brown rice and quinoa. Don't want to know what else they are microwaving.

I loved the food. However, I saw someone (a bearded guy I think) in the kitchen making food without wearing gloves.

The fish in the tacos was old, hard and greasy. No more Rubio's Baja Fresh Fish tacos. Sorry!
