Phenomenal ice cream in the Downtown Disney area. Honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. I got half brownie, half slab berry pie. Two split scoop single waffle cones come out to $20.30, with is just enough to validate parking at the Simba Lot.
I had a really wonderful experience with and regrettably didn’t ask for the name of the attendant who assisted us today. But they really made our day so special, and really hope they somehow come across this! 🌈 💞. I had the double folded vanilla with the wild honey and lemon which paired wonderfully with the waffle cone
Tatiana was very helpful assisting me with selecting the flavor that was just right on a hot day. Having such a friendly staff has made this a place I will be eager to return to.
They let you try as many flavors as you want before making a decision! I love ice cream places that do this! Honestly, they have so many unique flavors, and they are all delicious 😋. We ended up getting the chocolate brownie and snickerdoodle flavors, and my husband has decided the snickerdoodle his favorite ice cream of all time. The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and just yummy! Their waffle cones are also really good. And the girl that was helping us was the sweetest!
We decided to soothe our sweet tooth by getting a scoop of ice cream at Salt & Straw. I had Cinnamon Snickerdoodle and Jovita had Wildflower Honey & Lemon Chess Pie. She started eating hers before I got a picture.
The ice cream was very good. Online ordering was so smooth and easy and saved standing in another long line. Great ending to the day.
Delicious!
The coffee chamomile sherbet is unreal
favorite place to get ice cream! i will forever love the sea salt w/ caramel ribbons flavor
Salt & Straw's version of "Veganuary" is their "Dairy-Free Decadence Series"--five vegan flavors available during January. I chose Chocolate Caramel Corn with Candied Peanuts, which I didn't really like, but my partner did. However, I've enjoyed several other flavors in the past. Warning: The waffle cones are not vegan, but the sugar cones are.

I’m not sure if it’s because of veganuary- but they had 8 vegan options! I tasted a few and they were all amazing! I went with the mint chip and the coconut cake with pineapple.
Quality of the ice cream is great. chocolate gooey brownie flavor was great. Tried vanilla as well. Loved most of their ice cream flavors.

I had such an amazing experience her yesterday (12/14/2024 at around 3 PM). I already knew the three flavors I wanted to try and in the span of 15 seconds I felt I got a story about the taste/notes of those three flavors from the guy that was scooping (red headed fellow with a beard and wearing a cap at 3 PM). Such a quick yet pleasant experience - felt like I was in a 15 second wine tasting with the care that was taken to describe the flavor and notes. I’ve been here a few times but this last visit really stood out!
