We stopped at Salt & Straw while we were walking around Downtown Disney. It was a pretty good ice cream shop! They have some super unique flavors which my husband really appreciated. I got honey lavender and strawberry balsamic. My husband got pear and blue cheese and the cinnamon snickerdoodle. It is worth checking Salt & Straw out if you are looking for something sweet in Downtown Disney.

“THE” BEST ice cream! ? It is Disney dangerous that it is located directly across the entrance to the Grand Californian Hotel, as I made nightly stops here while visiting. The flavors are so unique, the waffle cones made fresh, a rotating variety, encouraged to sample and a quick moving line all make this a must do when visiting Disneyland!

What amazing ice cream! I’ve been here a couple times and this Disney location is no different from the excellence of the others. For a Disney line, it was relatively short and the service was still great. Their ice cream flavors are so unique but all amazing! Would definitely recommend if you’re on your way to Disney.

I was really disappointed when I walked up at 11:30pm only to find out they were closing? Their hours on their glass doors clearly state 10am to 12am daily. There were other valued customers in confusion as well since they kept opening the doors and the employees would say, "we are closed".

They claim they are open everyday until 12am, even having a sticker that says it on the door, and the workers decide to just close up early and did nothing but stand at the counter for the last 30 minutes without much regard. Pretty disappointed, that's false advertising.

they have a variety of interesting, never done before ice cream flavors. I would recommend coming here if you’re feeling brave and bold I was just craving something sweet, so I just got like a basic type of brownie fudge chocolate mixture of a flavor which was pretty good.service:I like that they let you taste the ice cream before you order it because since they are very different flavors from what is usually seen everywhere else, you might be skeptical about what it tastes like. nice and patient employees.atmosphere:The only reason the atmosphere is rated four stars is because when you go order, it’s kind of confusing. you go to the first available person and they walk over to you while there will still be people next to you in line so if you want to see the other ice cream flavors, you have to pass behind the people next to you in line and sort of squish between them and the railing.

Honestly, not your typical ice-cream shop! the uniqueness blew my mind! Tried the Strawberry-Honey-Balsamic-Pepper and Chocolate Brownie flavors—both were insanely good. Loved the innovative twist, especially how the balsamic flavor shone through. Don't miss the Olive Oil flavor—it's truly special. Must-try spot in downtown disney! ?

I saw a lot of good reviews about this spot so decided to check it out when I visited Downtown Disney. It's so eco friendly how they offer samples with tiny metal spoons. We sampled honey lavender, double fold vanilla, red velvet and moisonberry coconut sherbet. The double fold vanilla was very thick and almost the consistency of fudge while maintaining a strong vanilla flavor. The moisonberry tasted similar to blueberries and was a bit tart. It was a toss up between the double fold vanilla (a classic that's hard to get wrong) and the moisonberry. My brother went with the red velvet and I got the moisonberry coconut sherbet as I was craving something light. The ice cream was pretty okay and very creamy. One scoop might be enough for two people to share and I definitely recommend getting the waffle cone with your scoop!

I was really lucky that when I went, there were no other customers in the store! I was able to try a few ice creams, but settle with a single scoop of coffee and love nuts in a cup. Salt & straw is consistently good at all locations!
