Been coming here for years even though they aren't the best tasting donuts, they're convenient and used to have good service...Today they were supposed to have a big number 6 that we pre-ordered for my little boys birthday and the lady, who I'm assuming is the owner, just says "I forgot" and wasn't even apologetic or concerned by her error. Wow. Had she acted like she felt bad or cared even a little bit would be one thing but the complete lack of empathy or kindness means I will not be returning here and take my business elsewhere.

To be honest, the donuts tasted great but the service needs to be improved. I witnessed a lady, who I believe is the owner, being rude and completely unprofessional by yelling at another lady in front of the customers. I don't know if the other lady was an employee or not, but she remained very calm and polite in the situation.

This is the BEST donut shop! The iced coffees are to die for. I’ve been going here for years and the all of the staff is so kind and remember me and so many other customers. The juices and sandwiches are so good! But the donuts, ugh so fluffy, the best tasting and fresh. I moved to Corona and still go here.

A true Californian “mom and pop” donut store that has incredible prices and has that great early 2000’s nostalgia going for it. It reminds me of places I used to go with my grandma. Friendly staff, clean, and had special donuts for the holiday season.

The Asian lady is not nice / poor customer service , horrible attitude and NOT CLEAN.The food was contaminated with (germs) , her dirty sweater was touching the donuts on the tray (gross ) ? NOT CLEAN and NOT fresh donuts .I wish we can put zero star .

Very friendly kind caring loving staff, very polite very clean store , all creamer for my keto diet they have super nice super friendly super caring to my needs and above all their coffee tastes so delicious and hardly burned my stomach , I love coffee and coffee I know very well so when I say great coffee I meant it , therefore I give them 6 star.

Update to my review. Still my go to for mochi donuts cuz no place does a good chocolate mochi glaze and the dough here is supreme. As indicated in my past review, these outrank San Francisco's mochi donuts and everywhere else I've tried them up and down California. At the last minute, I decided I wanted a donut cake for my son's birthday but I was too late to customize and instead called at opening time, 4am and ordered a dozen mochi donuts to create one of those stacking cakes. As promised, the dozen mochi donuts were waiting for me when I arrived for pickup. I'd definitely recommend ordering anything you want ahead. The gentleman who picked up at opening time was very nice considering how early I called. I decorated it with a Happy Birthday sign from target and little decorations I had. My son loved it and everyone said the donuts were sooo good. The easiest cake I've ever "made"!
