Sonoma Terrace

2/5Got a drink and a pretzel before hopping off to world of color. Pretzel was dry and hard so for sure get the cheese sauce to go with it. The cocktail was pretty fun and tasty but a tiny bit on the boozy side. It's honestly not worth the stop unless you're desperate or if you're just already here.

I guess for a theme park it’s OK, but they really didn’t have a very good selection of wine, which is surprising, considering they are supposed to be representative of NAPA wineries. The food was pretty good, but the service was a little lacking. It just didn’t feel like it was friendly.

I only sat here to enjoy food and drink I got elsewhere

Have you ever been to a place and the staff was rude right off the bat and immediately ruined your experience? That’s what happened to us here. We were waiting in line wanted to buy a food festival item. The lady in front of us walked away, as I’m walking up to the server (Alexis), I was tearing off my PREPAID food tab right in front of her. I approach and order and before I can finish, very rudely she says, “I can’t accept that, you’ve torn it off, I need to tear it off”. No where does it say this in it by the way. So immediately it put us on the defensive because we have already paid for these tabs. And they weren’t cheap. Plus the way she said it and her delivery was such that she was tired of customers and was way combative. First time to Sonoma Terrace, we are Magic Key Annual Passholders and Sonoma Terrace forever holds a bad taste in our mouth because of the server Alexis. Very much not up to Disney quality staff.

My boyfriend is a key holder and we got to experience the new magic key terrace. It was a beautiful escape and intimate in the middle of DCA. We order the sliders ? so delicious. The pickled onions paired so well with the sliders.

What a great place to stop and grab a drink in between lines! The people who work here are so funny and kind. Wine was yummy and the hazy IPA is refreshing on a hot day at the park. So excited we discovered this gem right by Wine Country!

Terrible food. Good beers and wine!

We ordered online which made things fairly quick and easy. It was a bit busy but having the time between placing our order and pickup we were able to walk and check out other stuff. Once you place your order you are given a time window for pick up and will receive an alert, click "I am here" head to the counter and pick up your goodies. Grilled cheese and tomato soup were yummy, smaller tasting than they were during the regular food and wine events but that just means more room for other goodies! Had a glass of one of my favorites, Rose Regale. Sonoma Terrace has a great variety of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages. Beautiful view, all outdoor, clean, Covid safe seating. Employees super nice and helpful as s always.
