The workers are doing their best but this is kind of a disgusting Starbucks. They don't place the orders on the counter so you need to ask for yours. I was told it's because people keep stealing orders.

But this place is dirty. Probably the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to. I went to the cleanest table and still had to clean up some food and throw away a couple of cups.

It's a typical Starbucks, it was pretty busy on the Saturday afternoon. We did mobile order so it was pretty seamless. The area was very clean. Fast and friendly service

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Starbucks with Barista “Art”

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations. I placed a mobile order using the Starbucks app, as I often do as a loyal Starbucks customer and Star member since 2017. While waiting for my order, I asked a barista named Art for the restroom access code to wash my hands.

Unfortunately, Art’s response was unprofessional and dismissive. He insisted that I needed to make a purchase first, despite my explanation that I had already placed an order through the app. When I reiterated that I was a paying customer, he demanded to see proof of my purchase. I found this treatment both unnecessary and disrespectful, especially considering my long-standing loyalty to Starbucks.

This experience was disappointing and certainly not reflective of the welcoming and respectful service I’ve come to expect from your brand. I believe all customers, whether ordering through the app or in-store, should be treated with kindness and professionalism. I hope this feedback can serve as an opportunity for further training and to reinforce the importance of respectful customer service.

I AM A DAILY CUSTOMER OF THIS STARBUCKS. WE BOUGHT UP TO 5 DRINKS DAILY ON 03/20/2025. I WENT TO THE PLACE TO BUY A DRINK BUT FIRST OF ALL I WANTED TO USE THE BATHROOM TO WASH MY HANDS AND A HISPANIC BOY WITH CURED HALF-FAT HAIR... DID NOT WANT TO LET ME HAVE THE BATHROOM UNTIL SPEAK TO BUY SOMETHING WHEN HE KNOWS US PERFECTLY WELL THAT WE GO EVERY DAY. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS... SO IT IS AN UNSPEAKABLE PLACE WHERE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I NEVER THOUGHT THAT ABOUT THIS LOCATION, MOST OF ALL BECAUSE I AM A DAILY CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS.

We went into the store and while we were ordering coffee we asked for the key to the bathroom and the people in the store didn't give us the key until after paying, we were in an emergency and even so they couldn't give us the key, plus Jacob's way of
Communicating your new policy was very unpleasant. I find it terrible. I don't think I will ever return to that store.

Guys working here super cool and helpful, but they took out all the outlets so don't come here if you need to work on stuff.

Vegetarian options: Most deserts are vegetarian, one or two breakfast things, nothing vegan though.

Ahem...well I was sent on a quest by my dear sick ? mother ☝️. She requested that I venture into the world ? and retrieve her a box of kleenex ? and a medicine ball ? for her weary sore throat. So like a good knight I went out and fulfilled her request. I first stopped ? at the hellscape ? that is Walmart. Then after I battled ? my way through I successfully rode ? off into the early afternoon with the kleenex. With my trusty steed ?? (my 2009 Honda accord?). I then ventured forth to this particular Starbucks ⭐️?. The line was short. A good sign that the squires ⚔️ in there are of a quick ?‍♂️? pace. I ordered and went forth. The steed ? infront of me was served really quick. And then I payed ?. However I remembered ?that my mother ? fancied the chocolate chip cookies ? here. As the cashier at the drive through opened the window to give me my medicine ball ?I asked him for a cookie ?. He said yes! The young Squires name is Clayton ☝️ AKA THE BEST STARBUCKS WORKER ❗️✨️?.
