i ordered matcha at 5am friday oct 17th, 2025. the app said it should be ready around 5:03am-5:06am. i arrived at the store around 5:08am and i misunderstood how to pick up my order because of poor directions from the staff. she told my to go to drive thru although i ordered pick up in store. when i stopped my car at the window, the staff was rude to me. she acted like i didn’t order and the order wasn’t there. the worst thing is after 3 times asking my name in an aggressive way, she SLAMMED THE WINDOW. AND THE ORDER WASN’T MADE. YES, it supposed to be ready but she didn’t make it although she was chilling in the counter? i feel like she didn’t put any effort to make the drink, i mean girl… i just want something to drink, not arguing! drink was not bad but not good, very mild… totally not worth the amount i paid! i rarely come to starbucks but this will be my last time!!!

“Enjoy your handcrafted brew drink in our café and receive a free refill.” I’ll try to get a refill on comp. Anna and the cashier refused. I told him I wanted to Pike Place. He still wouldn’t give me a refill. This location does not know the refill policy.

I’ve been coming here every day for years. And today after purchasing coffee in the morning as I stated to the lady in front they refused to give me a cup of ice water . I asked to speak to Manager whose name is Mariela and she was completely rude and again didn’t give me a cup of ice water. She looked at me like I’m stupid and I just left. Every other Starbucks around they gladly hand me a cup of ice water. I spend so much on Starbucks coffee as is. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible management.

This is my regular 'Bux. I only go through the drive-thru here because the parking lot can be hard to access and maneuver in. I don't come on the weekends because the drive-thru line often goes into the street, but during the week it's a good location to stop at. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience here.

waited 20 minutes for two waters and a tall pink drink
Just pulled out of the drive thru and I’ve never once had my drink filled to the top at this location. Not once. For as much as you pay for the drinks you would think you would at least get a full cup. Other locations I go to don’t do this.

I didn’t even know why this Starbucks have 3 ⭐️ Shouldn’t have this much because the attitude in there it’s so bad. The old lady her name is patty. She charged me for my coffee today. She was so rude. They treat people like an animal. Swing my change at the table very disrespectful, no more Starbucks anymore because of this attitude
