Rude employe unnecessaryShelly was really rude to me gave me attitude while she wanted to help me out to “edit” something through the app I had said no thanks it’s fine and rolled her eyes at me and another girl employee threw the straw down for me to grab on the counter like that was really unnecessary

Nice place. It's quiet on the inside. The drive thru always is busy, from what I see. But it seemed like a good place if one needs to study or do a meeting. The workers seem to know what needs to be done to keep the place running smoothly.Parking: It is a small parking lot. The only place there, no other places around, other than apartment communities.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the entrance.

Bad customer service, and I waiting almost 20 minutes and my order is not ready and delivering other
This Starbucks location is in the same shopping center as my job. So I'm a regular customer. The service is always great . They are quick with orders and very friendly. All the barista always greet you when you come in And as you leave. I enjoy coming to this location. My coffee always taste great and so does all the other food items i order.

Stopped by here this morning for my morning dose of caffeine. I got my usual chocolate cold brew with extra foam. They're are apparently giving out free cups. Not sure why but I'll never turn down a freebie. The cup is a hard plastic material. About the size of a grande drink. It's perfect for the upcoming holiday season.

NEVER has Chai. So the only thing I like from Starbucks is a chai latte, and the past 3 months I've come here on 5 different occasions & NOT ONCE did they have chai. How are you always out of one of your most popular drinks? You can tell the staff is over it, too because every time they tell you, they tell you really rudely like they've heard it a bunch of times. And I get it, one of your most popular drinks is constantly out of order people must not be happy about it. And that's really not fair to the employees to not give them the materials they need to do their job on a consistent basis. It's not that here or there they are out, it is NEVER IN STOCK.Which is a simple solution, order more.

I ordered my coffee through the drive thru and then asked for my water bottle to be refilled. They said they didn't refill water bottles at the drive thru which I thought was weird cuz I'd gotten it there that morning and plenty of other times at other locations. I really appreciated drive thrus once i had my toddler because I really hate dragging them out of the car to get my drinks, but it definitely dampened my day to not get my water refilled... well they did. They gave it to me in a venti plastic cup that had a piece of trash in it like grass or a twig or something. Just this location. Haven't had issues in other places
