By far the worst Starbucks experience that I’ve ever had…the lack of urgency and efficiency of all 5 workers is beyond any explanation!
The 50% higher prices than any other Starbucks is crazy!
This would be less than one star if possible!

OMG! What a crazy ridiculous busy long wait time place! Waited like 45 mins in line for a drink. It’s located in the beautiful hotel but dang the wait times are so long! Lots of guests and people attending the convention center. You would think they know how busy this spot it and what times are their peak hours that they would have more than 6 staff members working. They have 3 registers 2 taking orders 3 making the drinks!! Super slow long lines!! Wait times like Disneyland it’s a joke! They also do not do mobile orders. Line goes out into the lobby of the hotel crazy!!

Been waiting in long line.. When finally my turn to order I was told credit card doesnt work. Could only paid by CASH or via Hilton room card which I got none of them. Wth...

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to so far. Slowest one by a long shot. Avg wait so far has been 30-40 minutes even in a short line. Used my app for points 2 days in a row to gain points. On the 3rd day they told me they can’t scan my app. That they “don’t have a way to do it.”

I really want to give this 5 stars but just cannot. There is no order ahead. There is a constant line and it took me 30 minutes for a coffee. The service itself was great but poor management planning. The only reason any coffee shop drink takes> 5 minutes is poor process, poor management, ambivalence or a combination. In this case- it appears to be all three.

Coffee is good! Not worth 40 minutes though.

Visited this location each morning of our stay at the Hilton Anaheim. The first day Frances took our order and was fantastic and deserves high praise. She was enthusiastic and engaging not just with my wife and I, but our daughter as well. Frances helped her find a new favorite drink and feel special in the process, along with the barista that made the drink, unfortunately we missed her name:

Each of the next 2 mornings we returned and received great service as well. Great job in this location, which can get busy being in a hotel lobby with guests preparing to walk to Disneyland after fueling up with coffee in the mornings.

The Barista was clearly still in training. I think it's bad management to have a trainee all alone. She was clueless about my order (pumpkin creme) and she gave me the wrong size. Also the wait is so long because they are short staffed. Plus, the same order is cheaper at Hyatt across the way. Order ahead is not an option at Hilton, but you can order ahead at Hyatt.

not a licensed store so NO points...no mobile order. Hotel must get their cut. AND cost higher than surrounding stores. Take a walk 3 blocks get points, mobile, and save $$

They have a continuous line out the door in the mornings. They're working fast, but it's still usually a 30-45 minute wait, so if you need your fix first thing before the convention, make sure to plan the extra time.

Its so sad that THIS is branded as a Starbucks but they refuse to use cards on app and worse they refuse to give stars ALTHO they did the day before. Its unfortunate we are staying in this hotel BUT won't be using this Starbuvks for that reason. And can I explain how horrible the attitude of the woman taking orders. Not even an apology was given.

Very slow service. I waited 20 minutes to order with only a few people in front of me. Ended up leaving because they were having issues ringing up other customers and making their drinks (multiple people came back to get their drinks remade). Also looked like only one employee knew how to make drinks.

Usually I have great experiences at Starbucks, but I would avoid this one.
