They have a continuous line out the door in the mornings. They're working fast, but it's still usually a 30-45 minute wait, so if you need your fix first thing before the convention, make sure to plan the extra time.

Its so sad that THIS is branded as a Starbucks but they refuse to use cards on app and worse they refuse to give stars ALTHO they did the day before. Its unfortunate we are staying in this hotel BUT won't be using this Starbuvks for that reason. And can I explain how horrible the attitude of the woman taking orders. Not even an apology was given.

Very slow service. I waited 20 minutes to order with only a few people in front of me. Ended up leaving because they were having issues ringing up other customers and making their drinks (multiple people came back to get their drinks remade). Also looked like only one employee knew how to make drinks.

Usually I have great experiences at Starbucks, but I would avoid this one.

Coffee latte tasted like hot milk and water. The guy making drinks chose to make the easy drinks for people in line way after mine. He only started making it after I had to go to the counter and ask for it. Terrible!

apparently they dont know what a cookies & cream frappucino is. i got a java chips coffee, complained & got the same thing again.

Long line, which moved slowly with just one register open. When I made it to the register, I was made to wait for someone who had ordered before me, but whose order was incorrect and was complaining. Took me about 15 minutes to get my coffee. When I received my drink, i realized they forgot to add my extra shot, but it was too late to fix it because I had left. It was the worst starbucks experience I've had in a little while. You'd think the location would run a little better considering it's in a Hilton, but alas.

Closed at 245 with no explanation.. hours say 6-4? There was like 4 workers just stocking stuff, I feel like if the store is closed early maybe put up a sign? One of the workers was just standing blocking the door so no one could come in .. odd

No free WiFi unless you are a Hilton hotel guest. Beware before you come here to use their internet access. Also, prices are $2 more than the stores outside of the hotel.

Food and beverage quality are still the same. Service was fine. I like how spacious it is and all the elegant decorations. But food here is super expensive- breakfast sandwiches are almost double the price of the regular ones.
