Starbucks is located in a scenic area with various restaurants and cafes nearby. The drive-thru area is spacious, accommodating several cars at once without causing traffic disruptions. Ideal for quick coffee stops, such as when needing a caffeine boost before a long day. Staff members are generally polite, offering quick and pleasant service. Drinks are consistently good, and there's a wide variety to choose from. However, some staff members don't pay a lot of attention to customers at the counter, though there are some really good ones too. The prior couple of times, a very nice young man was very polite and helpful, and customers will tip when he helps. Customers often don't tip because the staff usually set the order down without calling the name or even pushing the button that tells the customer via the app that the order is ready. The place is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly. Customers love the strawberry-acai refresher (no lemonade), and they don't skimp on the strawberries, but some add extra at no extra cost. Some customers stop by this Starbucks after their chiropractor appointments in the building next door every 2 weeks or close, otherwise they wouldn't bother. The plaza this place is in has some parking spots, but there are not a lot. Some customers wonder if the ingredients for the drink they're looking for are out of stock, as they've experienced no strawberries in the pink drink or no dragon fruit in Mango Dragon Fruit, and they don't like drinking white mango dragon fruit drinks.
