I’ve had enough. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this location.
1. First time: My order was completely wrong.
2. Second time: I received a drink that was barely 3 inches full — the rest of the cup was empty.
3. Third time (today): The cup was dirty, no lid provided, and it was supposed to be extra hot. When I brought it up, the staff just said, “Have a good day” and walked away. Seriously?
This is unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks. I expect consistency, cleanliness, and basic courtesy. I won’t be returning unless things improve.

Ordered a venti hot mochiato extra shot of espresso, today May 19 , around 7:50 am. It tasted like half water half milk and sugar. I order this drink all the time but it wasn’t good today. That’s okay things happen no big deal. The girl that takes the order was kind but the guy at the window from the first interaction and when I came back to return the coffee doesn’t show any care or concern for the customer, he is dry and never apologized.

Some of the staff here don't pay a lot of attention to customers at the counter, but there are some really good ones here, too!
The prior couple of times I was there, a very nice young man was very polite and very helpful, and I'll tip when he helps me by getting me a straw, but honestly I usually don't tip because they usually set the order down without calling your name, or even pushing the button that tells you via the app the the order is ready.
I come here after my chiropractor appointments in the building next door e every 2 weeks or close, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
Love the strawberry-acai refresher (no lemonade), and they don't skimp on the strawberries, but I add extra (at no extra cost, like most locations).

Absolutely ridiculous, waited over 25 minutes for 2 coffee. Mobile ordering has destroyed this location, and staff puts ZERO emphasis on walk-in customers. Very upsetting

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your store. Edward, who took my order, was quite rude and gave me attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also tried asking for a straw multiple times (saying "excuse me" at least five times), but no one responded, even though the staff seemed unoccupied.
Lastly, my matcha latte wasn’t mixed well and tasted really powdery. I usually enjoy coming to Starbucks, but this visit fell short of expectations.

I wouldn't come through this Starbucks drive-thru if you are in a hurry. It is very long and they are very slow and it is hard to get out
Otherwise great service and great coffee just very slow. Maybe they had new folks or high maintenance California coffee people. Who knows but it was 4:00 a.m. in the Drive-Thru was full

The worst Starbucks. If I wanted ice, I would go to the store. I paid 6.90 or 6.95 for each coffee and 70 cents for extra oat milk and they just give me ice. So what are they selling if the coffee is a pittance?
Placed an order that arrived not sealed nor in a bag. Called store and spoke to "Val supervisor" who explained that the order left sealed. However, barista lied. They identified a male dasher who they handed order to, when clearly my dasher was a woman with no one else as a passenger. Facts through video footage. Horrible customer service. Do better "supervisor".
