Just now on 12/14 Sunday at 4:20pm the girl at the register said that the coffee frappe comes automatically with whip cream and it does not. This is the only drink my husband will drink at Starbucks for many years so he knows his drink lol

I was exhausted and dehydrated from being in Disney all day, got to my hotel quickly but the Starbucks inside there was already closed, so I looked for another one open and this one was the one. I was going to barely make it but I was aiming to get there at least before it hit midnight so I approached to the door and the barista makes a movement with this hands like driving, so I headed quickly to the drive thru and he was able to craft the best mango dragon fruit lemonade blended šš thank you for pleasing my craving š

I went today to Starbucks and to order coffee and my daughter she want to use the restroom and the manager sheās mean and she doesnāt want my daughter to use the restroom and she told me you have to pay first after that I let your daughter use the restroom. What the hell is that Actually use the restroom and I will buy coffee hit me. See what I want. Donāt push me to buy coffee Iām going to choose whatever I want.And I am Customer and I did buy coffee, but sheās still arguing with me and she tricked me multiple times and she wanna kick me out what kind of manager talk with a customer like that sheās so crazy. Sheās really crazy and sheās scary. Sheās a little girl she doesnāt let her to use the restroom and I am the father I ask her. Iām going to pay and I did I pay $6.95 for my coffee after that she still argue with me After that she kicked me out from the store and after that I ask her OK give me my money back then sheās not nice. Sheās crazy so crazy this woman sheās so crazy. She like to fight for no reason Iām going to speak with a Customer Service tomorrow in the morning to explain what happened. Sheās so mean why sheās mean for what reason we are human ššššššššš Itās not like that

Iāve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for many yearsāout of the three I regularly visit, this one was always my go-to. Unfortunately, a recent experience left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome.
I came in fully intending to buy a coffee, as I always do. Before ordering, I asked to use the restroom, and a new employee told me I needed to either make a purchase or promise to do so before getting access. I explained that Iām a long-time customer and asked if they could make an exception, but he stood firm.
I then spoke to the supervisor and even asked if I looked familiarāshe confirmed that she did recognize me as a regular. Despite that, she still upheld the policy and refused to provide access without a transaction.
I understand store policies, but being treated like a strangerāespecially after being acknowledged as a regularāwas disappointing. I didnāt appreciate being put in a position where I felt pressured to prove myself just to use the restroom in a place Iāve supported for years.
From now on, Iāll be taking my business elsewhere.
I know they will not suffer on my $3-$7 purchase, is about the principle.
My friends got a coffee, I went to the neighbors (zait&zatar) where I go eat as a regular customer. I ask them if I can use the restroom, they got no problem.

Iāve had enough. This is the third time Iāve had a bad experience at this location.
1. First time: My order was completely wrong.
2. Second time: I received a drink that was barely 3 inches full ā the rest of the cup was empty.
3. Third time (today): The cup was dirty, no lid provided, and it was supposed to be extra hot. When I brought it up, the staff just said, āHave a good dayā and walked away. Seriously?
This is unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks. I expect consistency, cleanliness, and basic courtesy. I wonāt be returning unless things improve.

Ordered a venti hot mochiato extra shot of espresso, today May 19 , around 7:50 am. It tasted like half water half milk and sugar. I order this drink all the time but it wasnāt good today. Thatās okay things happen no big deal. The girl that takes the order was kind but the guy at the window from the first interaction and when I came back to return the coffee doesnāt show any care or concern for the customer, he is dry and never apologized.

Some of the staff here don't pay a lot of attention to customers at the counter, but there are some really good ones here, too!
The prior couple of times I was there, a very nice young man was very polite and very helpful, and I'll tip when he helps me by getting me a straw, but honestly I usually don't tip because they usually set the order down without calling your name, or even pushing the button that tells you via the app the the order is ready.
I come here after my chiropractor appointments in the building next door e every 2 weeks or close, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
Love the strawberry-acai refresher (no lemonade), and they don't skimp on the strawberries, but I add extra (at no extra cost, like most locations).
