I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your store. Edward, who took my order, was quite rude and gave me attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also tried asking for a straw multiple times (saying "excuse me" at least five times), but no one responded, even though the staff seemed unoccupied.

Lastly, my matcha latte wasn’t mixed well and tasted really powdery. I usually enjoy coming to Starbucks, but this visit fell short of expectations.

I wouldn't come through this Starbucks drive-thru if you are in a hurry. It is very long and they are very slow and it is hard to get out

Otherwise great service and great coffee just very slow. Maybe they had new folks or high maintenance California coffee people. Who knows but it was 4:00 a.m. in the Drive-Thru was full

The worst Starbucks. If I wanted ice, I would go to the store. I paid 6.90 or 6.95 for each coffee and 70 cents for extra oat milk and they just give me ice. So what are they selling if the coffee is a pittance?

Placed an order that arrived not sealed nor in a bag. Called store and spoke to "Val supervisor" who explained that the order left sealed. However, barista lied. They identified a male dasher who they handed order to, when clearly my dasher was a woman with no one else as a passenger. Facts through video footage. Horrible customer service. Do better "supervisor".

I stopped by this Starbucks since my niece wanted her pink drink. So this was the Starbucks on the way, I used their drive thru instead of going inside the store. I got my niece here grande pink drink and her orange cake pop because it was their new flavor. They took a while to make the drink at the window but she liked it and also the orange cake pop. The plaza this place is in has some parking spots but there not a lot.

Parking: There a limited amount of parking spots here

Sad to say, first time Starbucks F up a this location.Customers service sucks.I ask for a wet capuchino, meaning less foam and instead I got a tall capuchino in a grande cup. Ask if she could add a little more coffee since they f up. Girl gave me attitude and wanted to charge me extra.

Lately, my iced coffee’s been made horrible. Today my coffee taste like iced water The flavor was completely off. last time my iced coffee taste like milk and ice didnt taste like coffee at all. my cups always overflowed. I asked one of the barista’s if they could remake my coffee she almost refused to remake it.

I went to the store 5 minutes before closing, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The workers were rude to me. They made my order really quick and very nasty. The cup was overfilling with caramel sauce, it dripped all over my pants and my car. I went back and knocked on the door, they said sorry we are closed. I asked them to just give me new cup because the caramel was all over my pants and car. They refused to give me another cup. So I gave them back the drink and left because they were so rude and not welcoming at all.

Every time I go, I wonder if the ingredients for the drink I'm looking for are out of stock.
There are no strawberries in the pink drink...
There is no dragon fruit in Mango Dragon Fruit, etc...
Why do I have to pay the right amount of money to drink a drink that is missing something every time?
I really don't like drinking white mango dragon fruit drinks.
