Today my coffee taste like iced water The flavor was completely off. last time my iced coffee taste like milk and ice didnt taste like coffee at all. my cups always overflowed. I asked one of the barista’s if they could remake my coffee she almost refused to remake it.

I went to the store 5 minutes before closing, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The workers were rude to me. They made my order really quick and very nasty. The cup was overfilling with caramel sauce, it dripped all over my pants and my car. I went back and knocked on the door, they said sorry we are closed. I asked them to just give me new cup because the caramel was all over my pants and car. They refused to give me another cup. So I gave them back the drink and left because they were so rude and not welcoming at all.
Placed a mobile order for in store pick up as said on the app and could not get my order as said. Staff were rude and completely ignored us at the door only to point at the drive thru. We live in the neighborhood yet had to walk in back and forth in the rain to get to our car when we were already there!

This is a really nice, well run Starbucks in a so-so area. I've only been here a handful of times but each time the staff is very polite and pleasant and my drink has been consistently good.

I've only been there at Starbucks 3 times since I moved here almost 2 years ago and there service kinda sucked 1 out of the 3x cause they get really super busy and I ended up waiting an hour for my order cause it actually was given to another customer instead so I got tired of waiting and asked them what the hold up was they apologized cause they had to make my frappe all over again but other than that the Starbucks ain't that bad ?
The restaurant was clean, inside was empty so we were able to get in and get out quickly. Riley was on top of it! My strawberry lemonade peach drink was delicious!! Thank you.

Excessive Ice DisappointmentI recently visited Starbucks and was disheartened by the overwhelming amount of ice in my drink. It felt like I was paying for a cup of ice with a splash of coffee. I understand the need for ice, but this was excessive. I'd appreciate more balance in the future to truly enjoy the beverage I paid for.

Hoped for a good Venti Decaf Oatmilk Latte - ended up with a passable Dry Cappuccino. Any little bit helps in a hurry, but bummed the closing crew was already "clocked out."

This Starbucks is a hit and miss some of the barista make the coffees and drinks great but there is times where I go thru drive thru and I get the same drink and it taste like burnt coffee grinds I get it if the coffee is cheap but your paining almost 5 bucks for a drink, and it taste like burnt coffee grinds another times I went in and bought a Venti and it was like almost empty and I hate being that person to go back into the store. Say oh this coffee doesn’t taste good.
