I was there for an hour and I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich. When I was leaving I asked for the code for the restroom and was told to stand In line where people place orders. When It was my turn, I asked for the code and the employee asked if I was going to order anything first. I let her know I already did. With a smug response she told me what the code was. Rude! They make $20 an hour expect you to tip them, and you can’t even get a code with a smile and after having to wait in line for the code, then to get a smug response. Never go there again. I will never tip another SB ever. They don’t deserve my business. They need to rethink their customer service strategy.

So I went to Starbucks today. The coffee? Honestly, pretty good. Like, not mind-blowing, but definitely hit the spot. Got a latte — smooth, warm, did what it needed to do.
The store itself had a nice vibe. Music was playing (some indie playlist, I think?), the lighting was cozy, and the chairs were... chair-like. A couple tables were kinda sticky, but whatever, it’s a coffee shop, not a five-star hotel.
Barista was chill, spelled my name wrong (classic), but smiled, so points for that.
Overall? Solid experience. Would go again. Might even bring a book and pretend I’m productive.

I often went every morning while staying nearby. The partners were very friendly and always seemed busy. However, there were not many places to eat inside, so most of them were takeout guests.

My friend when in to grab our mobile order. I decided to go in to use the washroom with my drink in-hand (still full) and was promptly asked by staff if I was going to order anything. I showed her my full refresher and she felt the need to make sure that the label on the cup was legit before she would allow me access. The experience was quite off-putting and I’ll go to a different coffee shop moving forward.

They don't care here .. the guy that works in the afternoon don't come out from the back. They have lots of customers but no one in the front. Always hiding on the back

Don't doordash from this location! They made 2 of 2 drinks incorrectly. When they miss an ingredient that makes a drink what it is, then its not the drink I ordered. Doordash thinks it's just a missing ingredient when, in fact, it's an incorrect drink. Do better for others bc I won't be back.
Live across the street and they remodeled it and it's for pickup orders only. Dumb idea as I saw a gizzilion orders on the counter probably cold by the time you pickup. No more stopping here. Ps: for my friends.. NO drive thru either.

I walked in and was asked if I had a mobile order? No, good morning! welcome! Or smile for that matter. I said I didn't, I wanted to place an order. The employee ( don't feel she deserved to be called a barista) said so and so will help you. While waiting another employee walked in and went to the back. I waited a few more minutes, there were 3 ppl in the back no one came to say we will be with you in a minute. I left. I have never experienced such horrible service at a Starbucks before. I will never return to this store. Poor service and unfriendly.

Only two girls working will not take walk in orders was told to order on the app, but had cash to pay had to wait fifteen minutes to just put money on my card. And then when to order the drink on the app they kept adding hidden fees to the drinks. A seven dollar drink turned into a ten dollar drink on the app. No specialty order.

what makes this store excellent is the baristas, every time I come I see the baristas working so hard every single time and the manager is always on the side talking with someone while the employees drown. This store wouldn’t be my favorite store to come to if it wasn’t for the baristas not the manager. This store really needs to work on getting a manager that supports her baristas, staffs them right and actually jumps in to help not just seen in the corner talking to someone like today.
Baristas don’t get the recognition that they deserve.
