They don't care here .. the guy that works in the afternoon don't come out from the back. They have lots of customers but no one in the front. Always hiding on the back

Don't doordash from this location! They made 2 of 2 drinks incorrectly. When they miss an ingredient that makes a drink what it is, then its not the drink I ordered. Doordash thinks it's just a missing ingredient when, in fact, it's an incorrect drink. Do better for others bc I won't be back.

Hawaii Rush

Live across the street and they remodeled it and it's for pickup orders only. Dumb idea as I saw a gizzilion orders on the counter probably cold by the time you pickup. No more stopping here. Ps: for my friends.. NO drive thru either.

I walked in and was asked if I had a mobile order? No, good morning! welcome! Or smile for that matter. I said I didn't, I wanted to place an order. The employee ( don't feel she deserved to be called a barista) said so and so will help you. While waiting another employee walked in and went to the back. I waited a few more minutes, there were 3 ppl in the back no one came to say we will be with you in a minute. I left. I have never experienced such horrible service at a Starbucks before. I will never return to this store. Poor service and unfriendly.

Only two girls working will not take walk in orders was told to order on the app, but had cash to pay had to wait fifteen minutes to just put money on my card. And then when to order the drink on the app they kept adding hidden fees to the drinks. A seven dollar drink turned into a ten dollar drink on the app. No specialty order.

what makes this store excellent is the baristas, every time I come I see the baristas working so hard every single time and the manager is always on the side talking with someone while the employees drown. This store wouldn’t be my favorite store to come to if it wasn’t for the baristas not the manager. This store really needs to work on getting a manager that supports her baristas, staffs them right and actually jumps in to help not just seen in the corner talking to someone like today.
Baristas don’t get the recognition that they deserve.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. It was my 1st time stopping at this location since they remodeled it. It was perfectly fine how it was before now it’s much smaller and it’s super bright in there looks like a hospital. But any who, there was 2 ppl ahead of me . I wanna say like 5 ppl standing around waiting for drinks there was like 50 drinks on the table. Only 3 ppl working in the back. For a busy store really you have only 3 ppl working. To make the story short cuz I could go on and on with so many issues in such little time of how bad of an experience it was. I don’t like doing mobile order that is why I’m there. The girl in the back was telling us we should do mobile order and the customer In front of me and myself we didn’t want to do the mobile order. Obviously it bothered them, the girl had a straight face the whole time she was taking there order. Same thing with me and still after taking there order was making me wait longer after I was already waiting to take my order. I had ppl waiting for me in the car, I was caring my baby, I was seeing how fast they were making the drinks. So I decided to leave not worth dealing with there attitude, not worth waiting and then my drink not getting done correctly. I’m surprised ppl still come to this location after seeing all that. Not worth coming back.

Copy tastes terrible now it don't taste good at all. I used to love the caramel macchiato, I drink about a quarter to a half of it and I threw the rest of it away I just couldn't drink it anymore taste so bad. I got the orange creamsicle cake pop, it was terrible it tasted chemically and did not even taste like orange to me. The birthday cake pop is the only one I do like but it still has a little chemically taste but not as bad as this one did. Their food and everything has gone downhill. This location changed about a year ago and converted it into a small little pickup option it used to have all kinds of seating and stuff and I used to be a really nice place now it's not even worthwhile to even go to it cuz it has no drive-thru and you have to choose your cup between 500 other cups that people ordered online.

Parking: Parking lot up close near the restaurant,is shared with four other businesses in it section plus the Best buy as well

We have been customers of over 20 years for the coffee. I had bad experience after drinking Iced coffee this afternoon. We asked the another coffee because different size and color, taste we used, the server made new one. It was still different taste my wife used ask for half and half, but we took it as long time startbuccks customers, but afer drinking it she suffered from stomach sick for a long night. The store should check it out the product freshness and employee’s hygiene!!!
