The toilet in this Starbucks has been out of order for over a month, this manager doesn't think I had to urinate outside, unfortunately.

I keep giving this Starbucks second chances and they ALWAYS let me down.
Consistently giving me terrible coffee, it's like they take zero pride in their work.
They should try their own coffee every once in a while.
Today I ordered a quad espresso with vanilla cold foam and regular cinnamon. The cold foam had zero flavor or sweetness. And they added what seemed like half a bottle of cinnamon on top. Which made the drink super bitter and undrinkable.
Come here if you need disappointment in your life only.
