This Starbucks Ball and Brookhurst is a very, very cheesy Starbucks.It offers no amenities that starbucks should be known for !At bare minimum the service should excell, but unfortunately at location that is not the case !This starbucks offers less than Zero.If you are expecting it to be a normal bare minimum starbucks you will be sadly disappointed.Save yourself the agony if you're in this area just go to the Ralph's grocery store and buy as many Starbucks products that will bring you a sense of happiness. Because this one is terrible, I wish. I could retrieve my $5 tip and return my order, that is how disgusted I was with this location.Shame on the cheapskate owners, and the uneducated management.

I was there today to get my Starbucks green tea Frappuccino drink, and the girls were very nice, respectful, and had great customer service. This is my local Starbucks, and I am proud of them. I even ask them if I may take a photo to show the world how nice they are. I am sorry I forgot their names, but hopefully, the photo will be remembered.
Do not give them business here if you wish to drink a coffee sitting down and use the restroom ☕? none are available. Open up the seating area please.

Order trenta drink in personal cup with light ice. My drink was half the amount I get at other Starbucks and lots of ice. Didn't taste good and Service wasn't good either. Will not go back to this starbucks.
