I go here almost every single morning. It is really nice that they have curbside pickup. They're on time or early with the drinks that I order. On occasion if they have an extra drink they may give it to you because they don't want it to go to waste. They're very nice and always have a smile on their face even under their masks.

Worth the wait (not a long wait)Staff team is super friendly; they're fluid and smooth .... inside is nice and clean .... It doesn't have a drive thru but l will go back to this one because of the friendly staff and tasty beverages.

During this pandemic times I've really restricted myself from going into any sort of storefront from groceries to restaurants to even my coffee runs because of my 2 year old and 7 month old baby. I'm super grateful for technology and the capabilities of this particular Starbucks for bringing their orders to curbside pickup! For the longest time I kept driving myself over to the nearest drive thru Starbucks but that was 20 mins away and finally i used the Starbucks app to see this location offered curbside and I felt my mommy energy rejuvenated! The unfortunate thing is there are others who always tend to take the curbside parking only spots for their going into the store orders, but eventually it opens up. Service is great and they always get the order right.

OK BEST SERVICE EVER. Listen to this:I live in Toronto Canada, I wanted to order a few drinks for my cousins in Anaheim as a surprise gift (a thinking of you, you get it...)I thought pre-ordering on the app would be the easy solution but unfortunately this location does not take pre-orders.I called in and spoke to Daniel, asked if I can place the order over the phone with my starbucks card & add a personal note.He made it happen & added the note on the cup.Thank you Daniel!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Starbucks last week and got refused service because they didn't have change for a $20, as they had just switched out their change drawer. I didn't have my wallet on me or I would've used my CC. The manager should've realized that was a mistake on their part, not mine. I simply left my house w/ cash in hand and drove down for a tasty treat. The bottom line is that the manager should've comped my simple iced tea instead of leaving a really bad taste in my mouth. I was completely baffled and really disappointed in their lack of customer service or seeing the big picture of a potential lifetime customer.

There are Many Starbucks but this One is Mine. What can I say about this great group of people who greet you with a smile and leave you with a warm feeling and an Exceptional Cup O Joe . The management and the baristas all greet you by name after a few visits. It's like walking into your old favorite pub, but it's awesome snacks and kickin coffee. Hoohah.

I work at a coffee shop and all I want to say is that we were trained to be welcoming baristas through the mandatory training, but I did not feel welcome in this location. I was not greeted, no smiles, and my name wasn't called despite my ordering in person and was placed in the mobile pick up. I would say they do this maybe because of my age, but a boy from my high school (same graduating class) was being asked questions and being talked to, so it must have been just me. Anyways, that's not how baristas are trained to interact with customers but you were doing a great job for the one guy. I brought my order to my brother working and he loved the drink, so thank you for helping him get through his shift!

Very disappointed in this Starbucks location! I tend to mobile order and I've had to ask them to remake multiple orders. I've never had an issue with the amount of ice they put in the drinks at other locations, and for some reason most of my drinks are filled with 3/4s ice. I'll ask for light ice and I still face the same issue. I've been a gold status level customer since 2015 and this is the only location I've consistently had a bad experience with...

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks to go to ! From welcoming staff to a very welcoming environment! I just want to give a huge shout out to the staff especially everyone working Monday-Friday !! You guys are on it !! A special thank you to Cody for always making it morning then just my coffee stop! When you connect with your guest that’s how you keep them coming back for more !! ??? Great team !

On four consecutive trips to this store, I've had to wait longer than anyone else for my order, while 10 customers come in and pick up their mobile order almost instantaneously? Excuse is speed of the ovens, but my items mostly are not being heated. Store refused to provide contact info for general manager. Staff not friendly, every breakfast sandwich looks like someone's run over it with their car. Pops quality, poor service. Why would a manager hide from customers? I think we know why...

Got the mocha caramel frappe and coffee frappe lori helped me while others just looked and went to do other things Really nice and sweet. There was only one guy making the drink kinda took awhile. Drink were really strong but good
