Don't shop here. Don't buy here. Awful company with terrible business practices. Don't work here unless you want to be mistreated everyday of your employment. And definitely don't work here if you never want to be paid your wages! Been almost two months now and the company is still refusing to pay me. I had to get an attorney involved.

I am the former manager of this Starbucks and let me be real honest with you, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! IT IS DISGUSTING! There are rats, ants and cockroaches littering the back rooms and crawling all over the products they sell you and management was aware and told us to keep serving the products anyway. I had to stop working there because ethically and morally it was wrong and I wouldn’t stand for it. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK HERE IT IS NOT SAFE!!! Also, it has been over a month since I last worked there and they are still refusing to pay me and are illegally holding onto my tips. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FORCED INTO 12 HOUR DAYS, 7 DAYS A WEEK WITHOUT BREAKS OR A LUNCH. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES AND REFUSE TO GIVE THEM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

They are not adding enough shots of espresso to the latte … any sizeI have to add two more shots total 3 to tall ( small cop) to have a decent latte flavorI don’t like Starbucks anymoreI’m glad I have my own espresso machineDon’t like to get coffee from Starbucks anymoreI have complaint before, they all just say we not responsible, it comes from corporations

Alexis (Alexa?) and Kelly were super nice and efficient with the long line!!! Great Starbucks with all the coffee and pastry offerings and merch too. Located at the entrance to get you drink before you start shopping :)Thank you ladies!!!

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Normally I give people the benefit of the doubt because I know I've had bad days but the young lady at the counter was rude, she was treating me like it was a drag to get a drink. I asked for a refresher drink, but she was acting like my order was too much and she was so bothered that I even ordered a drink. For me to leave a review, the service really had to bother me and it did. So I just left without ordering or waiting on her because she's rude. You can't be in customer service without servicing the customer and the whole time I was calm and understanding of the fact that she needed to look for cups. Not once was I rude. She needs to leave her problems at home if she can't work, stay home. Or go home. Don't rain on someone parade because you're irritated.

When I asked the barista if this had vanilla cold foam and he said "Yes right on top" mind you I didn't order the matcha cold foam. Literally do not come here. It's absolutely horrid. And sometimes they don't even open on time. They'll have a cone in their drive thru at 5:30 am

Keep giving me the wrong items while waiting forever. Ordered an iced Americano without sugar, and those d*** asses added tons of syrup in it. Sucks.

The employees who work there are all so nice. The only thing I’ve noticed within the past few months is that no one seems to really know how to make drinks anymore. Usually before work I’ll get an iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso, but these past few times, it has been watered down coffee with milk and no caramel nor espresso. I’d recommend going to an actual Starbucks location instead, because sadly, it’s just a waste of money. I’ve never had an issues when I go to the actual location down the street.

Starbucks is amazing it's great for study and I always see people working on there study's there are a lot of different types depending on the season like like pumpkin spice latte or the white chocolate peppermint mocha it's just the best coffee shop ever.

went to Starbucks and ordered my drink through the app. it was an extremely hot day so I asked for a venti cup of ice when receiving my order, this young barista guy tells me his manager said they are not allowed to give us venti cups of ice and that he can only give me a small cup, then he pours the ice out of a small and into a cup skinny cup that is not even starbucks.. I heard of cutting corners but man, this is flat out embarrassing for starbucks, are these team members the face you want for your brand? UPDATE a district manager from Fullerton reached out to me (who states she's filling in for the original district manager who's on vacation) and sounded really insincere and fake and just constantly said wow... but didn't offer any kind of comfort in any way possible.. idk.. I think I'm getting over starbucks, I go everyday spending ridiculous amounts of money and you can't even give me ice? and now feel like I need to take my business elsewhere, where they truly know good customer service and actually value their customers

I can not understand why Starbucks is keeping their doors open ! Of course it's for one reason $$$. They are clearly demonstrating that they do not care about their employees ! No social Distancing is taking place in their facilities . Employees take orders in close contact to patrons and therefore , are bringing home the covid-19 to their family and grandparents!! Think starbucks should abide by the states guidelines and close doors ,as a latte is not an essential business!! Greed is what is keeping you open and it is clear you are not caring about your employees!

I arrived at 5:40pm today and the barista at the register was talking to a friend. When she came to take our order she indicated that she was unable to make any drinks except for espresso because she was closing soon. I checked what time it closed and it closes at 7pm. What is up with that? All I need is the tea bags and hot water? She said no to the tea. I don't get it. I feel that she only did it to continue her conversation with her friend. I thought I could only expect this from McDonald's. I guess I was wrong. Never again.

I recently went to this Starbucks after being severely disappointed in the Target Starbucks and they have the nicest staff and the most helpful baristas were so kind to me. I went in at night and the barista was on a break but I waited and she got back promptly and was very helpful and nice! I think her name was Dylan and she had pink hair!! I also had a great experience with their manager Sofy because she helped create the best drink ever!! She deserves a raise and is by far the best manager this Starbucks has she will do great things! Correction this whole staff will do great things and are going to live their best lives!! This is my new Starbucks!!
