Horrible Service!
I had ordered ahead through the Starbucks app and went to go pick up the drinks. However, my mistake was that I did not know that that store location closed their lobby at 9pm. I parked and exited to ask one of the employees on how I could get my drinks; whether they could just hand me the drinks since it is already paid for or to pick it up through the drive thru. I just spent a week in Anaheim and visited the store at 1131 W. Lincoln Avenue daily. Ricky and Joseph are two of the best at what they do that I have ever encountered. I manage a staff of twenty five employees and I would be thrilled if any one of them were as professional, warm and friendly as Ricky and Joseph. I hope you have a program in place that recognizes customer service that goes above and beyond.
