Would rate 0 stars if that was an option. I came in this morning through drive-thru for a venti iced pecan crunch oatmilk latte. I was given a grande and my drink was missing the foam and pecan crunch topping. When I mentioned to the barista at the window she gave me an attitude about it. This is the first and last time I order from this location.

I just to go to this Starbucks EVERY DAY but its been a few months where the drinks are just out of flavor and not the way I order them. And since this just to be my favorite place I gave multiple of opportunities and still kept going. Not anymore! My days just literally get ruined everytime I go there. Save your money and find a different location where someone will be happy to make your drink the way you want it. NEVER AGAIN!

I recently visited this location to try out a new custom drink that I could not order through the app. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly barista named Eliza. I showed her the drink I wanted to try and she immediately embraced the challenge. To ensure the drink was made perfectly, she called over her cousin to assist.
Both Eliza and her cousin were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. I am not one for customized orders, but their kindness made me feel comfortable. They even had me taste the drink to ensure it was to my liking before I left the store.
Thanks to Eliza and her cousin, my Friday afternoon pick-me-up was a delightful success.
Since this location is within walking distance, I usually come here. MOST of the time, my drinks are made wrong. Literally only get a refresher... it always tastes different, and I always order it the same. This past Friday was buy one get one. Went thru drive thru around 515ish. We ordered 2 trenta strawberry refreshers, light lemonade. What we got had no order stickers on and were clearly sitting around for some time as they were warm and MOSTLY lemonade. When I pointed it out to hubby, he had already pulled away, so we tried to make the best of it but ended up throwing them away. I'm tired of the lazy service, especially after raising the prices.

Hit or miss with this place. not sure if it’s new people but both of my drinks were not as I ordered. I’m not picky with my drinks, but my refresher was watered down, and the guy taking the orders had no manners. I knew they messed up my other order when my drink came out chocolate brown instead of the white chocolate mocha that I ordered, and he took a while preparing it. I received it with no sticker on the cup which let me know that they knew they messed up. This was at 7:50pm on June 24,2024.
