I mobile ordered a drink this evening and my drink was not customized as ordered. I could not get the attention of the 2 baristas that were making drinks. It took about 4 "excuse me's" before anyone looked up. Finally it was a the barista who wore a black mask who "helped " me. When I told him that I had requested no ice, the barista said he could fix that and took my drink, dumped it out and got another cup, peeled the sticker off the original cup, and put it on the new cup and made another drink. He dumped the drink out with many other customers looking on and staring as if I was a trouble maker. My husband and I were humiliated, mortified and shocked. I've had mistakes happen before but other baristas have easily just scooped out the ice and added more milk, or had me keep the iced drink and made a new one with my customization. I'm always very thankful however they fix my drink, and always let them know so. I felt like this was done to embarrass me and I truly feel that it was bad customer service and not to mention absolutely wasteful.

Kathy was so racist! Because I’m Hispanic she thought I was ordering venti because I had asked for grande! And I asked for caramel macchiato and gave me pure milk no caramel! The worst Starbucks drink I have ever tried! It was disgusting!

I forgot to ask for her name due to the lack of strength and sugar after a long hike. But I want to give a very BIG SHOUTOUT to the lady who works around 1:30-1:45 pm on 06/22/2023 shift today. I felt so bad for her for working by herself during peak hours. She was overloaded with both online and in-store orders. But she has managed to keep a calm and friendly customer service toward us. I'm very impressed and admired her professionalism for handling this tough situation, because I would've freaked out and quit on the spot.. lol.. All jokes aside, I genuinely hope that the MANAGER of this location sees this review, and SCHEDULE ONE MORE PERSON TO WORK WITH HER. There should NEVER be one person working at Starbucks NO MATTER WHAT. Like what were you thinking? Not to mention it's summertime and during peak hours too. You guys really need to give this lady a raise or bonus because she definitely handled the situation well.She was so sweet to us that I felt guilty for unable to leave a tip. If I ever hike Santiago Oaks again, I will definitely come back here to support her.

This would be my closest & local Starbucks that's located in Vons.Not sure how they have bad reviews but it's been awhile with a updated review. The associates here are so friendly & service is pretty fast.I've gone during after school and love that they have water filled cup ready for the High schoolers who come across the street.It's pretty clean here and always filled w Tumblers cups available for purchase.I've never had items i wanted sold out here also like other Starbucks.Highly recommend it.
