I spend hundreds of dollars a year at Starbucks. This is the first time that I've ever received poor service at a location. I do come into this location maybe once a month after sauna to pick up an order for myself. Today I came in just to ask for some water and I was turned away because I didn't want to buy anything today. Do they take it out of their pay? I thought the new ceo was gonna improve the brand. I guess not.

Poor customer interaction. It's Starbucks they are everywhere, go to another one. And for the love of God, to the girl whos only job is to sort out the orders when they place them on the countertop, stop touching the top of my coffee lid after you've touched 800 other things before hand. Grab it by the side of the cup or I don't know, stop feeling like you have to interact with every customer

Today I asked for the code to use the restroom and instead of giving it to me they asked me if I had order something. I get the restroom is for customers but the only reason I asked first is because I needed to use it first. They seem not to think critically in Thais place.

Wow, I get Starbucks three to four times per week. Went there to use the restroom today without ordering and they said I could not without a purchase 🤣. Looked me straight in the eyes and said that... Talk about customer care and appreciation... Way to go guys. Someone in Anaheim hills must really be taking advantage of their bathrooms... I didn't expect to find any dignity in the corporate process.. But it was disheartening to see this happen from an employee, who should know better... What am I going to do now? Delete my app 🤣🤷🏽

Great experience here. line is never too long, employees are usually nice (have even made a friend), and the drinks are always great. only complaints: can be slow sometimes, inside seating not recommended

A Starbucks that serves coffee and food just as you would expect.
The coffee and blueberry muffin was on point. Drinks served hot and food served warm.
This location seems rather busy. On my visit on a weekday morning there was plenty of foot traffic. The ambient music was also a bit loud. Enjoying a cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin was not as enjoyable as expected.
The cafe seems rather small but clean overall. Places to sit indoors as well as outdoors.
The service here could be a bit fined turned. Dine-in drinks should come in a mug as requested and not off to the side to self pour. Restroom use seems highly secured. It is locked with a code and when requested use the barista needs to know if you are a customer.
A nice spot for coffee for just mobile orders or takeout.
