Overnight white guy was rude, i laughed it off whatever. But i cross the line when my honey citrus mint tea tastes like water and not made properly. You can be rude but dude dont ruin my food

LESLEY is EXTREMELY rude, I’m not from the area stopped to ask for a cup of water and she told me i couldn’t have one without purchase. So I asked how much its the pup cup? And explained I was far from home and that I was super thirsty .. she said the pup cup is free so I asked if she could just use one of those and put water in that instead. She says okay then when I get to the window she tries to hand me a cup with half water and half whipped cream. I said can’t you just give me the water in the cup without the whipped cream and she smiled in my face while saying “nope” someone need to explain customer service to her and how to actually just be a decent human being.

I'm not a coffee drinker per se, but I pick-up coffees for my property managers. When its over 80 degrees in the IE a Black Tea Lemonade or blended iced matcha hits the spot!

Just a little frustrated The breakfast sandwich tasted like a rock but it was all good when you drink it with coffee, It was still kind of bad. The aggressive homeless person asking for money outside really kind of sucked that tends to help me stay away from places because they become annoying and ruin your whole experience. I don't like being called names when I don't hand somebody money.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to. Went recently and the worker was so rude and impatient while taking my order. When I asked for a straw he just sighed and rolled his eyes like it was such an inconvenience for him.

All Starbucks feature great coffee and good service... I prefer that non-drive through stores. The atmosphere is better and the walk in get better service.
