Nice little Starbucks here. Walked over from a local shop and was happy to find a modern and clean store with plenty of seating. Staff was VERY quick and just as nice. Stop by for your coffee when you are in the area.

the starbucks is not 24 hrs. I arrived at 4:30 am and it was closed.
The worst Starbucks I’ve EVER experienced. It’s near my Job. So unfortunately I frequent this location. The customer service is horrible

If Starbucks ever needs an example of how to turn a customer’s morning into pure frustration before 7:05 AM, this store and specifically Vickie - has it down to an art.
I came in for one simple thing: a holiday drink so I could get the reusable red cup. I ordered through the official Starbucks app, the drink showed up exactly as it should, and everything was crystal clear on my phone.
But when I picked up my order, Vickie confidently told me it “wasn’t the right drink.”
So I showed her my phone, thinking maybe this was just a quick misunderstanding.
But no.
Her response?
A shrug. A blank look. And a beautifully unhelpful:
“We don’t know why it shows that.”
No checking the system.
No effort to understand.
No “let me get a supervisor.”
No apology.
Not even a hint of customer service — just a big wall of not my problem energy.
It honestly felt like I was asking for something outrageous instead of… you know… the drink I literally ordered through their own app.
If Starbucks is going to run promotions, maybe the staff should know how they work. Or at least pretend to care when a customer shows them proof. Instead, I was left standing there with a wrong drink, no red cup, and a morning that was already off to a terrible start thanks to the complete lack of effort from Vickie and the team.
Absolutely unacceptable.
But here’s the best part:
When I actually looked at the drink they handed me, we realized they didn’t even make the correct drink in the first place. So not only did they refuse to honor the promotion, but they couldn’t even prepare the drink I did order.
So I ended up with:
— the wrong drink
— no red cup
— and a spectacular display of apathy from Vickie that really tied the whole experience together.

Ugh, I got a matcha latte this morning, and it was seriously the worst I've ever had! It wasn't even mixed properly, so there were clumps of powder. And to top it off, there was a long hair stuck to the cup's sticker. Makes you wonder about their quality control and hygiene, right?

Every time I come before work at 3am sometimes it’s empty sometimes it’s packed . Regardless the team always kills it is super quick and considerate always come here great team shout out Leslie and lex !!
