Used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to. Went recently and the worker was so rude and impatient while taking my order. When I asked for a straw he just sighed and rolled his eyes like it was such an inconvenience for him.

Early AM male staff was very Rude and unprofessional with his service attitude is unacceptable. I ask for no whip cream on my frapp . I brought it to his attention didn’t want my drink remade but was blown off. Starbucks was already sued for this type of employee behavior I suggest employees take notice

Went to this starbucks around 11:30pm on 08/31 since it said it was 24 hours. Got there and all the lights inside the store and the menu boards were all off. You could just see what looked like 3 people sitting in the inside lobby, in the dark, on their phones. Tried calling the store to verify if they were 24 hours or not, but the phone was unhooked/ got a busy tone. If they were on break, it would be nice to atleast have a sign outside on the menu board to just give you a heads up, rather than making it seem like they're closed when the app itself says they are 24 hours. First time trying this location, don't think I'll try and stop here again, probably might be the same issue. Ended up driving to another location out in Corona instead and they were open!

Placed an order through the app at 11pm which said “drive thru AND in store” Arrived and the front door was locked and employee said they cannot serve us through the drive thru window even though our ambulance won’t fit. I showed her our ambulance was too big for the drive thru, we could see our drinks AND the app said in store available but the female worker refused to give us our drinks. I get if u dont serve people through the drive thru even if the app says your in store is open, but use common sense when some EMTs just want coffee at night and you can see their ambulance doesnt fit.
