Ordered a venti coffee on 4/24 and specifically asked for no room. An employee named Jenifer proceeded to hand me my coffee with a large amount of room in my coffee so i asked if she didnt mind filling it up. She complained about how if she fills it up anymore she will burn herself however Ive never had this issue before so i told her just that. She said thats how the machine made the coffee and then she added hot water to fill the space which obviously affected the quality of the coffee. The service is awful here on top of that. The hiring manager or team needs to do better.

Is it just me or did Starbucks shrink the size of its Frappuccinos, at least the grande size that I purchased? It had been a year or two since I had been to Starbucks and I remember it being bigger. Well, at least the prize is still reasonable at $5.95 and the quality is still the same.

Stopped by to get a Carmel Frappuccino with a gift card I had, and ended up having trouble with making the payment... So the Barista helping me just gave me my drink anyways. Thank you Ritchie for going above and beyond in helping with my order, excellent customer service!

They made my drink too milky I was nice about it. Matter of fact I didn’t even have to ask for the drink to be remade. The man offered. He then pulled a fast one on me. The drink was never remade and handed right back to me after holding it behind for a couple minutes

The service used to be darn near impeccable. Now it has gone down drastically. I bought a protein pack and the egg was hideous. Not fresh at all. The people don't seem as cheerful either. I'll say this though.. As a person in this current economy, just maybe they're burned out. Idk. They're not mean just not as cheerful and it shows in even the taste of the coffee.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato , And I got milk with a dash of expresso. I don't remember this drink tasting this horribly.
