Worst customer service i had in all Starbucks location. I went to drive through and no one is talking to me like 5mins. When I went to the windows the white girls opened the window and looked at me like why are you here? Facial expression (My assumption) So I explained that i was waiting for someone to talk to me through drive through for 5mis. but no one is asking for my order. So I told her my order, and with an attitude cold or hot? I said hot. And when she's giving me my order she ask me do you want plug for your coffee? Im sorry I dont know what that is. She said nevermind she gave me my drink and shot the window. 12-30-25at 1035am

Orders take forever when there no one there 💀. Service is always rude. But there are some nice few people there. You can tell who they are.

Worst place ever, stopped by to ask for a cup of water and they refuse to give me a cup of water unless I buy something, I dont remember McDonald's, jack or any other fast food restaurants doing that.

It doesn't matter if I order on line to pick up it always takes me longer to get my drink waited 12 more minutes to get my drink regardless if the app said drink was ready for pick up. More ice than a actual coffee

Not only did the unnecessarily double cup a simple small pike without asking me, they then also throw a sleeve. What's next? Will they box and bag it as well? They also filled it to the rim so it leaked through the top and burned my hand completely negating the use and waste of the double cup and sleeve. Pathetic.

If there was zero stars I would put a 0, I recently went to Starbucks yesterday in drive thru, and the girl who worked the window was so rude, she practically threw our drinks at us, and when I told you next time to be careful when handling the drinks she said next time to use two hands to get the drink carrier, then I called a few minutes after to speak with a manager I believe her name is Brittney , she barely showed any compassion and all she said is that she will talk about it with her , thank god there was no hot drinks involved because I’m sure it would of been a different story and that would of been a lawsuit. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN. ALL EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MANAGEMENT NEED RETRAINING!

If i could give -stars i would lol worst Starbucks of my life, almost 30 minute wait, drinks tasted gross and the service was terrible
Ordered a venti coffee on 4/24 and specifically asked for no room. An employee named Jenifer proceeded to hand me my coffee with a large amount of room in my coffee so i asked if she didnt mind filling it up. She complained about how if she fills it up anymore she will burn herself however Ive never had this issue before so i told her just that. She said thats how the machine made the coffee and then she added hot water to fill the space which obviously affected the quality of the coffee. The service is awful here on top of that. The hiring manager or team needs to do better.
These guys have always provided great service and great tasting coffee.

Is it just me or did Starbucks shrink the size of its Frappuccinos, at least the grande size that I purchased? It had been a year or two since I had been to Starbucks and I remember it being bigger. Well, at least the prize is still reasonable at $5.95 and the quality is still the same.
