They are very understaffed. This is the 3rd time I do a mobile pick up and make me wait 20+ minutes after estimated time to get anything. Today 6+ people walked away because order was not done. Was told orders can’t be cancelled so either wait or just leave without a refund..

I ordered thru the app at 5:50 AM and my order wasn't ready Until six thirteen a m I waited around outside of the little walk up window and the girl told me my items weren't ready. There was a Nurse waiting for her drinks and she had to tell them she couldn't wait any longer. And they could just keep her money and her drink and she had to go into work.The people who were in the drive thru were the only getting their drinks quickly. So I guess if you want Starbucks from here use the drive thru. The wait in your car is shorter than the wait at the window

On November 10, 2023 went to the Starbucks on State College and Ball I had a young man by the name of Ricky help me with my order, this young man has great customer service. Ricky was very helpful. He had a big smile and I really enjoyed him helping me. This Starbucks is great cuz of employees like Ricky . I always like to come here especially because you have a worker like him , you should be really proud of this young man because he is one in 1 million. Thank you Ricky for your great help and always being so nice. I feel it is important to let management know when their employees are great !

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to 25 minutes and they hadn't even started on my coffee. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:33am and it's now 7:57 and nothing. Late for work didn't even get my coffee. Please hire a staff that's more competent
Staff was nice but what was amazing was that the had PEBLE ICE I've never been to a Starbucks that had this type of ice, I just it really feel like it elevates the taste of the drink. I got a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and was probably the best tasting one I have ever gotten. Loved it!

I have never had any issues with Starbucks. Till the girl that works in the drive thru that has an attitude and not happy . I went through the drive thru yesterday morning and I was trying to order then the girl told me to hold on. Then it got quiet, then asked what size and tells me to pull up. She never repeated my order back. She just cut me off in the middle of the order and myorder was wrong. But this is not the first time and I have delt with her attitude and I gave her plenty of chances till yesterday. Everyone else is nice except for that girl that works in the drive thru. Not going back, I’ll go to another Starbucks that have a positive attitude. Please excuse any typos.
