The store was clean and set up nice. I sat and enjoyed my drink for several hours.

The DRIVE-THRU TOOK LONG AND THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER SEEM LIKE ANNOYED I FELT LIKE SHE WAS HURRYING ME UP WHEN I HAD TO WAIT FOR LONG ON THE SPEAKER! THE DRINKS WERE OK!

Bad customer service, especially from an older woman named Mariah. She has an attitude problem. I believe she is a shift leader or store manager; her attitude toward customers is really bad. I thought Starbucks trained its employees to be polite to customers and not to give them attitude. Mariah, instead of giving bad energy to customers, why don't you worry about maintaining a clean store, especially the bathroom, which needs cleaning and restocking with toilet paper? Do something productive and leave your attitude at home. Customers don't want to deal with your personal problems.
Starbucks needs to adjust their new bs bathroom policy. I get Starbucks almost everyday, I stopped by this location later in the day to use the restroom and apparently you have to buy something now, even if you’ve bought Starbucks earlier in the day. Luckily other customers just asked for the code for me and I dropped a deuce 💩without having to spend more money, God Bless. Do better Starbucks, don’t put your employees in an awkward conversation about using the restroom 🚽
Came here for a super quick pick-up. Dropped off my friend while he ordered me a delicious pumpkin spice latte and I picked up my meds from the nearby pharmacy. I’ve been here a few times and stick to drive thru but it’s always a super simple process.

They forgot to give me my full order. I was missing 2 items. I did not go back as I noticed when I got to where I’m living.
This location is the best I've ever been to. The atmosphere inside is very trendy, set up is so nice !!!! You NEVER have to wonder how your order is because they have a chart on the wall and tells you where your order stands. It's sooo awesome!!!! The batista's are all very friendly and professional and fast !

My sister and I stopped by this Starbucks yesterday late afternoon on our way to see Hamilton that’s playing at the pantages… I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew she got her normal mango dragonfruit refresher. Staff was polite as usual, the one thing I didn’t like was before we pulled up the man working the window placed her drink on the small table and closed the window as we pulled up. After getting our drinks and getting to Hollywood during the middle of first half of the show my stomach started to cramp really bad. 15 minutes later I had to rush to the bathroom to vomit then the “other” stuff started. I tried to make it through the show but we had to leave. Those tickets were $248 apiece! I got home still in the same condition and today waking up I chatted with Starbucks customer service. The woman was indifferent and just said “oh, I’m sorry’ and then didn’t type anything else… so I said well this is great customer service. I’m telling you I got sick from a drink and I’m still going to the toilet and it’s “whoops” no offer to refund at least my drink, my sisters drink was fine.. so I’m not some uncouth person expecting a total refund. So I decided to email the company expressing my further experience and I get an email back pretty fast but they’re saying they need to talk to me over the phone about this… to speak to a special department. I call in, give my reference number I was told to give, then had to tell my story ALL OVER again about my experience at the store, my experience with customer service and now speaking to a third person, what was the reference number for if not to explain all this? I was told I then have to hold to speak with another department… why make me go through all that just to speak to someone else??? So I’m on hold for 15 minutes and I just hung up. I had to go to the toilet again. They didn’t call me back and I’m not calling them. What I will do is not go to Starbucks again. I should have brought my own (I drink stok) but my sister wanted her refresher “fix” so I said I’ll just get me a cold brew from them. Big mistake. Sorry for the long post, I e turned this into a seminar ? but I’m quite disappointed with this company. I’d avoid that location at least.
