I can’t even count how many hundreds of times I’ve made a purchase at Starbucks without using the restroom. Today I really just needed to pee. They wouldn’t let me use the restroom without making a purchase. Starbucks is going to make like 95 zillion dollars this year, God forbid I use the restroom.

This location is not recommended for mobile orders. It takes three times longer than the app shows, and all the workers are kids who prefer the drive-thru. It’s a waste of time to go there.

I am changing my review I have come into this Starbucks 3 additional times and have had a fantastic experience. I was treated rudely the first time I haven't seen that employee again. I have encountered only friendly wonderful people. I am glad I came back and I am now a loyal customer!

I had asked for a tall pink drink WITH light ice, I received a 90% cup of ice with 10% of the pink drink. And the matcha was very watered down.

Woman barista who worked at 12 am was a let down. Didn’t give me a receipt. I asked for whipped cream on my drink and she didn’t put any. Also, she didn’t cover one of our drinks correctly and the lid opened and my drink spilled all over my car. Left very upset and disappointed.
