The issue in brief: Every time I come to this store, my coffee is cold and I order it hot. Unkind employees. Every time I throw the coffee in the trash in front of the employees so that they learn from their mistake, I think you should study the problem.

I wanted to use the bathroom before I ordered! And the barista was so RUDE! Gave me a dirty look and gave me the wrong code on purpose! She gave a different customer a different code! I hope she gets help!

The workers at this location are awesome!But, Starbucks needs to get back on track with there stores renovation delays. Multiple stores in LA & OC area look incomplete and not appealing.

The older blonde lady is super rude. Went today around 345PM, she had a huge attitude.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude employees.. does this look like extra caramel to you? The employees act like this is coming out of their paycheck. I paid for EXTRA CARAMEL.. it's not that serious but disappointing this is why they stay getting no tip

I'm not from around here and made a stop here after going to the anaheim convention center. I felt my wait time was normal for the afternoon, and the girl that took my order was attentive and list the sandwich options they had available before I made my decision.
