I appreciate the spaciousness of this location. We like to sit just outside to people watch and enjoy our drinks. They made me a special drink since I didn't know what I wanted. I wanted something hot, loaded with carmel and topped with whip cream. The one bathroom they had was not super clean, so that was surprising. A lot of paper product on the floor and water spilled all over.

they forgot to make sure the lid was fully snapped on the drink they gave me (which by the way was NOT the drink i ordered) and it spilled all over me. especially awesome when you're on vacation living out of a bag with limited wardrobe. also if anyone from starbucks hq reads this there needs to be an easier way to leave feedback on store experience within your app.

There is a guy named Matt who is an amazing host. He has a calming demeanor with very helpful guidance to calm the grumpy anxious vacationers. He could lead guided meditations.

At this place, I especially appreciated decorations hanging on the walls and then also the general vibe. Staff was working fast and I didn't wait that long to get my order. A bit of disadvantage is that since the place is so close to Disneyland that has so many visitors, also this place is generally very busy and a bit disorganized. A lot of people are e.g. waiting randomly all around the place, making it hard to pass, especially through the entrances.
Getting 6 bags of Reserve coffee a week as per your employee doesn’t necessarily classify your location as a Reserve.

Be honest about wait times before an order is placed. Being told it's a 40 minute wait after paying is unacceptable. Being told I have to call a hotline to cancel an order is ridiculous.

Friendliest staff we have met in Southern California. The decor is reserve standard and should be a reserve by all means. We got water refills during our stay at the park and they were also very quick at serving up the queues.

Recently came to visit, and provided such a lovely service from the cashier Michelly. She was incredibly sweet and displayed such a genuine desire in providing a great service for my sister and I. She took the time to ask how to spell my sister's name on her order, which truly was not necessary as no one has ever done before for either of us at any cafe we have visited. I truly wish her nothing but the best!
