They had some kind of staff meeting at the outside table next to us and were arguing with some employee over his shift time. Pretty annoying as they were not quiet about it while my wife and I were trying to enjoy our drinks & food. Pretty unprofessional to have a meeting like that near customers. Do it inside.

Our favourite spot for pre-park coffee and breakfast before a long day at Disney! The best part is that this Starbucks opens one hour prior to park opening (Pretty much the only store in Downtown Disney that is open) So it is perfect to go to while you wait for the park to open. The staff here are some of the most friendly we have ever experienced at Starbucks across the world. Highly recommend the impossible breakfast sandwich or any of the pastries. If you do go prior to Disneyland, expect a wait for the food (as a lot of people have the same idea) however to avoid this i would recommend doing a mobile pickup order (So order prior to arriving). There are lots of seating areas outside to enjoy your coffee and food. We visit here every time before going into the parks!

A very nice place. But I cannot give it more stars because they did not have bags. I bought 2 coffee mugs and I had to carry them in my hand all my visit. This cannot happen in a store in a place like Disney

I was very thirsty from spending a day at the parks and I just asked them for a cup of water and they didn't want to give me an iced cup of water unless I purchased something , every Starbucks always gives cup of waters even if You do not purchase anything which was very bizarre to me ! Never going in this Starbucks ever again...

Downtown Disney can get really crowded, but this place was well staffed to handle the customers. Two pickup counters and drink came out perfectly.

It was a long line, but they can take the orders quick. So good customer service. Need to have more coffee taste than milk. I guess it's a starbucks taste. Need alot of improvement with their mix.

5/30/25 - This Starbucks location has now decided that they no longer want to offer individuals free water!! Water!!! From the SINK….This poor girl in front of me asked for water… And the guy said “yeah if you buy something” !! It’s 95° outside… DON’T CARE! She even had her dad’s Starbucks Gold Card! Gold card member since 2009.. DON’T CARE.. No water! Buy something and we will give you water from our sink!! So I asked, “ hey, if I spend HUNDREDS of dollars a year on Starbucks and I wanted water, no go?.. He said, “ I don’t make the rules, they changed, not my call “.. SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS!!! Shame!! That’s BAD Business.. I walked out and WILL reach out to corporate and NOT buy Starbucks from this location EVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. They screw up my order and name (how do you mess up Mike??)…then when I point out the error to the person that made my coffee she gave me so much attitude and argued with me about what I ordered. Then she proceeded to talk poorly about me to the other people behind the counter while I’m standing in front of the …brutal.

Tried the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher at Disneyland Starbucks. The drink was super refreshing, flavorful, and came with real dragon fruit slices that added a nice touch. The service was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated given how busy it was. Great spot for a cool break during a fun day at the park!
