I had the grilled cheese sandwich and a dragonfruit refresher. It came out quick, hot, and they made my drink quickly. Inside was peaceful and a good place to study or work. It felt like a library. Baristas were nice too!

Came to this Starbucks location when I came to downtown Disney felt like a regular normal Starbucks but was actually a nicest location with many options available and great staff. Giving a big shoutout to Julie I believe that was her name she was the sweetest and nicest cashier while she was taking our order she was asking what concerts I have gone to or recommended any since I was wearing Ariana grande hoodie. I hope she sees this one day you're so sweet and nice I hope she gets to go to a Ariana grande concert since she said she waits till she announces one

After a long day at Disney I really needed some coffee and was super indecisive on what to get since I wanted to try something different. This place was packed and super busy, but Dori took the time to recommend something new that I ended up really liking. I just thought she was very patient and helpful and it stood out to me because you don't see that too often anymore so I decided to write a review. Thanks Dori for dealing with my indecisiveness :) she's wonderful!!

If I could add a negative star review I would. To the male worker with the receding hairline, who refused my boyfriend and our son the bathroom. And he ended up making an accident on himself in the cold of the night. You sir are the horrible. Who quoted and said "NOT MY PROBLEM." Even the manager was not being cooperative and understanding. The lack of empathy they showed really proved to us people who spend so much money at the Disneyland theme park that they could care less. I hope Disneyland and Disneyland downtown fires, both of them for the lack professionalism and understanding and not even apology for being so rude to both of us. I hope Starbucks fires both of them two. On the date of 3/14 at 9:24.
Spacious and in a perfect place in downtown Disney. Saturday afternoon, not very crowded, there is one restroom for customers in store. There is not much seating inside.

Best part about Starbucks is that it is always consistent. I am from locally around here and so I have been to the Starbucks many times. Drinks are always on point. I gave the store five stars across the board because again consistency is key. The service is always great and the drinks and food are always great. I cannot fault them and give them less Stars due to long wait times. We are talking about a location that is in the heart of Downtown Disney and in between both Disney and California adventure parks. Of course it is going to be packed all the time. And of course there are long wait lines even for coffee. That is to be expected here. If you are looking for something that is much quicker, I would suggest finding somewhere else to find your coffee while you are in this area. Overall the store is beautiful and spacious and clean :-)Parking: If you're going to downtown Disney then you have to pay for parking. From the downtown Disney parking lot to the Starbucks is about a 15 to 20 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. That does not include the time it takes to get through security.
