My order requests foam be removed. I could feel it wasn't as heavy as it should have been, so I checked. When I looked under the lid, there was quite a bit of foam and the drink level was low.
I went back in and explained. Their immediate response was an apology and to remake the drink.
While I was waiting, I noticed the counters needed cleaned, including a large amount of spilled water in multiple areas, near the pick-up spot. I mentioned the water and moved something it had run under. He said they'd get it right away. It was still there when I left.
My drink was now full, though not as hot as I like it.

Went through the drive-thru ordered a hot drink and it tasted like steamed milk. They completely did not add the extra syrup, topping, or whipped cream.

This location was getting better but now, they do not pay attention to your order. They’re too busy talking to each other and not focusing on the orders and drinks. I’ve ordered sandwiches with modifications and they never pay attention to them anymore. Doubt I’ll be back to this location moving forward.

Chai tea wasn’t made right and the cappuccino but I asked her which one was the cappuccino and she had told me it was the one with happy face but it was the regular coffee so I had gave it to the wrong person because she label it wrong so I called and they were suppose to replace all three so when I came in drive thru she said only too and the lady I spoke too was very rude. Never been to a Starbucks like this at all. This wouldn’t had happen if they didn’t other job right

By FAR the WORST location. Every damn time man… for the last 1-2 months… they can NEVER make my simple brown sugar shaken espresso right. $6.95 for a cup full of ice and milk? No thank you. I wish i could get my money back. My husband has been too nice every time and doesnt let me complain, drives iff the drive thru. But honestly im just gonna drive by to state this to whoever is at the window. HORRIBLE SERVICE and you take advantage of nice people that wont say a thing

Poor service. I was waiting for the cashier to take my order but rather she was into a long conversation with a friend/coworker. Then I requested the code for the bathroom and she said I would need to make a purchase first. To top it off the bathrooms were filthy.

I went through the drive-through and attempted to order an ice peach green tea, but they did not have the ingredients available. I instead asked for a cup of water , they refused and said I needed to purchase something. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal in California, but whatever I just went to the new coffee spot down the street.

Was so disappointed when I went in to get a water and got denied. I've purchased a small fortune in overpriced coffee from that place in my lifetime, telling me I need to make a purchase to receive water is an insult

Cleanliness is of upmost importance in a restaurant environment. The restrooms, which are locked and I do not have an issue with this, are absolutely disgusting! I'm sure the locked door is due to the influx of the homeless population. I was here @0930, so it's obvious this restroom has been been cleaned in at least 24 hrs if not more. I'm sure you have maintenance/cleaning personale. Do better. Employees are paid exceptionally well and customers pay a lot for their goods!

We went through the drive thru to order 2 waters and a chocolate chip cookie. The lady who took our order was horribly rude! Asked us if we were going to order ANYTHING!? Rude handing us our order and we asked for straws and that seemed to bother her as well. 3-16-1025 @3:37pm.

If Starbucks or a manger actually looks at this please take care of this employee. We have never been treated so poorly at Starbucks!

The batista was so patient with my granddaughter that she didn't know the name of the drink that she had before, and he went through every drink ingredient until they found it. She was so happy, and she loved her cake pop also.

Store closes at 10pm on Monday. Came in Feb 10th at 9pm. Lobby was locked. Went to drive through. Employee (no name tag) gave me my coffee without sugar and stirrers. At the window, I asked her for both and she seemed bothered despite the fact that i asked for them when i placed order at the speaker.
