We went through the drive thru to order 2 waters and a chocolate chip cookie. The lady who took our order was horribly rude! Asked us if we were going to order ANYTHING!? Rude handing us our order and we asked for straws and that seemed to bother her as well. 3-16-1025 @3:37pm.

If Starbucks or a manger actually looks at this please take care of this employee. We have never been treated so poorly at Starbucks!

The batista was so patient with my granddaughter that she didn't know the name of the drink that she had before, and he went through every drink ingredient until they found it. She was so happy, and she loved her cake pop also.

Store closes at 10pm on Monday. Came in Feb 10th at 9pm. Lobby was locked. Went to drive through. Employee (no name tag) gave me my coffee without sugar and stirrers. At the window, I asked her for both and she seemed bothered despite the fact that i asked for them when i placed order at the speaker.

Went through drive thru and told the girl taking my order I wanted my drink Classic. I don’t know if she’s knew or didn’t know how to add classic syrup at the POS but she was extremely rude at the window. She said she added classic but that it wouldn’t show on the sticker. I knew that was bullshit so I tasted it. And sure enough it had zero classic sugar. I told her it was wrong and she very rudely walked away ,slammed the window, and came back with a little cup & some classic syrup. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just annoyed by me asking for my drink classic. I always go to this Starbucks and I’ve never had any issues. The customer service is horrible and they should train their employees to do better. If she cannot handle the drive thru then maybe she should do something else.

This location is seriously frickin awesome! They r the only ones who actually get my drink right AND every single day as well! They all or always so nice no matter what time or how busy they r. The only thing that kind of turned me off, but very quickly got resolved was on 2 occasions both maybe 30min before closing, I ordered my drinks threw the drive threw and went to pay at the window and she was like "oh we only r accepting card payments no cash right now because it's a security precaution" and I was like well I'm not leaving here without my drinks when I have the money to pay for them and on both occasions the manager just gave me my orders for free!

I came here to get multiple items and then I asked for a water cup. They proceeded to tell me that since they are running low on their cups, they cannot give me a water cup for free. I would understand if I was just getting a water, but I was buying multiple things in the way that the Cashier mentioned it was very rude

I guess if you want coffee at 5 a.m. you have to use the drive-through. you can't just walk in the front door to get your coffee anymore. You just get a dirty look from the staff and a locked door. The staff saw me waiting and did not even open the door. 5 am I went To get myself a hot cup of coffee and start my day off. After 5 minutes at the door, I decided to tap on the door glass to get their attention thinking maybe they didn't see me. well, one of the employees looked up saw me, and kept doing whatever she was doing then another employee came from back. I knocked again and got the ugliest look from her then she said something to her co-worker then went back to work and never unlocked the door For me. so I headed to 711 to get coffee. I'm so over this hate everyone has against the homeless. Some of them still are working and amazing people, they are just down on their luck

Long ridiculous line, and order specification completely ignored, yet noted on the tag attached to my drink. No excuse for the delay, or the disregard. Ignoring each customer as they pulled up to the speaker, is unacceptable and I've never experienced this at any location.
