Cleanliness is of upmost importance in a restaurant environment. The restrooms, which are locked and I do not have an issue with this, are absolutely disgusting! The batista was so patient with my granddaughter that she didn't know the name of the drink that she had before, and he went through every drink ingredient until they found it. She was so happy, and she loved her cake pop also.
