I stopped by this Starbucks because I was picking up food next door at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. I came here so they weren't open yet so I decided to go to Starbucks to get water and a bagel. They looked busy when I came but most of the people were just waiting for their order. I was able to get in line and put in my order. My water came out first since it's a simple order but the bagel took like 15ish minutes. They had like 5 people working but it was just slow if you ordered food. There was someone working the mobile pickup area announcing people drinks or food when it was ready. I sat at their outdoor patio area to eat my bagel while waiting for the place next door to open. Parking is alright here, you should be able to find a spot unless they are really busy.Parking: The parking is a good size and you should be able to find a spot unless they are really busy.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly and they have outdoor seating.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair friendly, very open and alot of room.

Phenomenal customer service. I did a mobile order and the barista at the pickup area was very pleasant. My daughter spilled her drink in the car and they made her another without hesitation.

The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to and it's not because they were busy. It's full of people waiting for their ordered and there's only one guy busting his but to make orders. The blonde barista is just yapping away and the other guy is just standing around. Mobile order was supposed to be ready and no drink in sight. If I had a room of people waiting for orders I would be helping my buddy out to keep the service up. But no. It's ridiculous.

Nobody even greets you as you walk in bathrooms were filthy I've been to gas stations where the bathrooms were cleaner than that ?
Took 20 mins to have 4 breakfast sandwiches made.
Picked up a Mocha Frappuccino (no whipped cream) and an ice water.The service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was chill.
