While it’s clean, the service sucks. Order a pink drink with no ice at any other Starbucks and it’s filled to the top. Not here. They make it as if ice is still in it so you really only get half of a drink. Additionally, the nitro is mostly foam. It would be a bit different if their attitudes were better as well. Poor product and poor service. A model of corporate America.

For the refills please train your staff to track the refills don’t accuse a customer that we didn’t buy anything bec of your staff who didn’t put a sticker please check the camera as well we do spend huge money every week your staff needs to be efficient in putting the stickers not accusing us that we are here for free stuff please Starbucks do something also we ask for a manager MOD nowhere to be found
Slipping off my radar where it once used to be a staple Starbucks is not meeting my demand. Not only was I yelled at by a manager for a simple mistake. She could be the least accommodating person I’ve met in my life. She did it with a smile which made it worse. The only redeeming factor was the customer service. I called online to receive a refund. That person alone got them a extra star.
And they asked me for tips!

I was at the starbucks location 321 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802 and the manager Cynthia was beyond rude with the my sister who was paying for her daughters birthday drinks. It was completely unnecessary and my sister said one word incorrectly twice and the way she corrected her was disrespectful and made the entire family party feel emotionally stressed. Cynthia does not need to talk to customers with that hard toned no nonsense manner it's inexcusable.
My two sons went in there asking a worker for a cup of water and she charged them two dollars, she still asked them to wait outside for them! That’s so disrespectful and rude to my knowledge water is free. I refuse to go there anymore for treating my kids that way.
This Asian girl was being EXTREMELY rude made my cappuccino wrong and was fighting with me for 5 minutes she’s clearly not meant for customer service I ordered venti and my cup was only 50 percent full and she kept saying no that’s the way it’s made . And I said really because 2 days ago it was full to the top so clearly you didn’t make that one at the exact same location . Then she THREW my coffee at me ! Shes insane get better staff

Sometimes this location is great. Sometimes it isn't. A feel like there's a lot of turnover with employees which means bad management, anticipating guest complaints or customers satisfaction should be in a rowing key to have a good relationship to your customers that being said. I ordered through mobile.Wasn't prepared until I got there and they took the order.And then when I went to pay, they said they're out of Nitro which should ask me that to beginning so I can figure out what else I could get.But when you're ready there at the pay window , there's no time to choose so yes or no , and you just grab and go

This is one of the most expensive Starbucks I’ve been to. Downtown Disney is cheaper than this location.
It's Perfect For Having Coffies. Last Time I Was There, It Was A Little Of A Wait. There Is Parking, And A Drive Thru. it's A Perfect Place To Get Energized By Coffee.

I have mixed reviews about this place. My first experience was great. The guy listened to my not complicated order-nitro cold brew with extra vanilla sweet cream. Perfect. My next experience was awful. Same order but one of the workers kept telling the other worker that if the order was for so-and-so then it wasn’t nitro. My son told them several times that it wasn’t for so-and-so but it was for Debbie and it was for nitro cold brew. They gave him just cold brew and sweet cream on the side. Please, please, please listen to your customers. So many mistakes could be avoided if people just listened. It was a $50 order and 1/2 of it was wrong. Ugh!
