The reason for my five stars is due to a employee I interacted with this morning. I believe her name is Marca and she nailed the good customer service with flying colors. She made my day with her kindness and the entire staff seemed great but her personality and smile made my entire day. Thank you for your help today!!!

Barista with cheap lashes in AM shift has a bad attitude

Got breakfast here Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and everyone was so nice, even when they were super busy. Sergio especially was really patient and helpful with all the customers I saw while we stayed and ate. All mobile orders I placed were fulfilled perfectly with all customizations. They also play fun music here.

Sometimes, I think that the policy is unwholesome. Not to imagine humanity. I went there a lot, the service had changed, and more unfriendly situations occurred, which makes it just an unpleasant experience, especially in the morning on Sunday. He told me to just order a grande with one shot and not a tall one. Why a little milk on top is too much to ask but pulling more money out of my pocket. It is all about the shots .I dont like it so strong, and it is a hell of mind-blowing. How money hungry is starbucks !My struggle to quit Starbucks was for the friendless what I got. Starbucks, what we know does not exist anymore .The welcome and attractive atmosphere, so the taste of communication with the coffee, is all gone.I will consider the coffee shop what is private owned rather than allowing an unfriendly situation or just called money hungry killing of joy and making it unbearable for people to go on restrooms.Getting refused refill.Just turn around and go to a friendly private owned coffee shop...
