Wow! This location is so off beat. I understand that it’s gets busy. When you have 3 cars in drive thru 2 customers inside. What’s the issue with throwing my grilled cheese on the counter like that. When there’s 3 employees with head sets on. And three running the front counter. Mean. My drink was the wrong size . There mistake not mine. So you take the wrong drink and still charge me for the upgrade. To top it off I was asked to hand my grill to them. Listen my sis works at Starbucks . Sis or not she will not allow me to hand her my grill cheese. She simply goes around the counter herself. Why? Because that’s great customer service. I serious hope the manger realizes that her own customer service sucks. “Stop tossing the grill cheese on the counter like that , lady! We’re not animals. “ if this job is too much for you to the point that you’ve gotten sloppy. Go elsewhere and stop ruining our mornings.!

Went here earlier today and asked for what I wanted. They stocked out of everything I wanted!! I'm giving this Starbucks place 2 stars because of this. Maybe that's why I never see anyone go to this Starbucks place because they stock out of everything you want and that sucks.

I really hate when they can't follow up with your order. Why I even bother to specify milk choice or lite on ice if they put whatever they feel like!! Honestly they need to chill on the ice!! Because they putting 70% ice and the rest is the drink choice!! Is annoying!! We have to remind them we are paying for a service?? Smh ?? please!! I don't like to be rude but please make sure the orders are follow as requested!! Thanks!!Dietary restrictions: No dairy.. too much ice on ice drinks!! Etc

Rating is deceptive...I was visiting with a friend and did not order anything...I personally do not like Starbucks coffee.I personally feel that they over roast their coffee beans to the point of making the coffee taste burnt.Additional point; I had a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and a medium black coffee at a competitive fast food venue for just slightly more than the cost of a single large coffee at Starbucks.Starbucks is an extremely overrated fad.In my opinion...
The service is a little slow and it is a problem that they close the lobby at 7 pm and the next 4 hours (close at 11) you can only order through the drive through..

It astounds me how people don't understand how it is during a holiday rush. Upset bc the trash is full. When they are trying to keep up with the crap ton of orders. If you see a yelp review by this man, know this. He was very rude to the baristas that were trying to catch up to orders, and keep stations clean. I rather have a full trash than a contaminated drink.
