The latina old blonde women that usually closes doesn’t understand the online orders, specially the drinks. Shes done this MULTIPLE times! So If u choose a bottled beverage (i got dole lemonade in a 20oz bottle) , the receipt says “20 / DOLE LEMONADE” —-only this lady does this because she doesnt understand—> she had given me a 20oz fountain soda cup for my order, when i told her i got a bottle beverage and showed her the receipt, she got irate and said thats not what i ordered because the receipt say “20”—- she doenst understand thats the oz size of the BOTTLED drink i chose, she did let me get the bottled i ordered but claimed it was a courtesy one time thing and thats not the price i paid. (Mind you dole lemonade isnt even an option for fountain drinks!!!!) this little argument happened in front of other customers a d she was completely in the wrong and absolutely ignorant. It also smelled like a bathroom.

Horrible service. When you order online they never have the order ready after almost 30 mins. The employees, specially the tall chunky lady are very rude. They get mad when we arrive to the store and ask them for for our order. Just remember that thanks to US you guys have a paycheck. If you hate your job just quit.

My boyfriend recently bought some subway and was eating it inside. Took a bite and put his sandwich down and boom comes out 2 small German roaches and tells the guy working there. What he says is sorry and gives him his money back. Workers please keep an eye on the bread and everything else when making the orders. And customers look an eye out for any roaches if you go there. Just don’t buy anything from them until they do something about the roaches. They should care about the customers health but apparently they don’t based on the other reviews many things they do is unsanitary. 2/6/24

Very unsanitary and extremely disturbing. The owner or manager does not wear gloves when attempting to pull out bead and paper in order to start the process. Does not change gloves after touching oven that was wiped down with chemicals. Does not have clean cups and fountain drink area is extremely dirty and molded. I watched this entire move and it seems it wasn’t noticed by others which is sad. Won’t be eating there and glad I know how to contact the state!
