I got there to place an order at 9:50 am before going to Disneyland and had a coupon they had to check first with a bad attitude after that the whole experience was terrible they for sure made me feel like my business was not welcome there. There were 3 ladies working but 2 of them the ones that served me had no customer service they were the ones with the extreme rude attitude and they didn’t bother to disguise it was to my face not happy with this experience and for sure not coming back to this location. I’m a rewards member and buy subway frequently and this location for sure was a no for me.

I came to order a sandwich (roll up) as I did few days ago, this time I was told I’m not aloud to add peppers or sauce or flat out modify MY sandwich. I asked why and was told because we get in Trouble??? But yet they all have AirPods in listening to music. Upon receiving the order it was completely over cooked and hard couldn’t even eat it! Place is just not well maintained nor does it seem anyone knows the SOPS for that location. Won’t be returning.

Service was fantastic! Came to get food after Disneyland and even though it’s late, the crew was quick and efficient. Arturo in particular was very friendly and polite, and he made our sandwiches exactly as we asked! Our friend has a very severe dairy allergy that he was quick to navigate, re-gloving when necessary and getting a clean knife. Very good experience, thank you!

If you don't want feel discriminated, don't come to this location, o and don't bring any coupons cause they won't accept them at all, they give me a thousand excuses, so do your self a favor by going somewhere else,
O and is over price.
