Today i went in to pick up a big order for some co workers and the lady was quick and very organized . She worked at a pretty fast paste. Wasn't bothered at all when I had to add another sub. And she separated each order and made a great sub. Thank you .

Ordered 8 footlong subs on August 17, 2025 around 2:30pm for pickup at around 3:00pm. Didn’t leave house until 3:00pm so that the employees would have extra time to make sandwiches as I worked at a subway before and I know sometimes you are alone and get slammed by mobile and in person at the same time.
When I got there, two females were there meaning they had sufficient staff for one to work on in person orders and other on mobile orders. So I figured that was a good sign….boy was I wrong :(
for the amount of time I gave the employees, my sandwiches were inexcusably bad!
All my sandwiches were requested toasted and none of them were. Sandwiches were on the wrong bread(if you run out at least give the customer a call to ask if it’s okay or say something when they arrive for pickup). That was protocol when I worked at subway like 5 years ago. And a lot of ingredients on my sub were missing. It’s like they can’t read the receipt with the instructions that prints out for mobile orders.
Do better! Hire better staff, I did see a help wanted sign when I picked up so that explains why. Hire some staff that can read the instructions to build a sub the way customer ordered. And for readers I would honestly go somewhere else to order as this left a sour taste in my mouth.

Come to this place from time to time usually nothing wrong service is great place is clean staff is good speed never a problem. Today honestly maybe he is new or something but how are you going to give someone 2 hot soups without a bag like hello it’s just been served it’s hot Ive ordered soup here a lot of times never an issue always been bagged never given to me with nothing that’s was the only issues I didn’t want to fuss over a bag so just took my food and left I thought it was common sense but I guess I was wrong. Makes me upset but I’m pretty sure he’s new or something like I said always great help great staff but today was a miss sadly. Hope next time I comeback I don’t have to carry my hot soup in my hands :(

I stopped by today to get a quick to go lunch at noon. The girl who attended me was very nice and helpful. She greeted me and let me know about the promotion they were having today. She made my day better by being friendly, which is not so common with the younger generation they're always mad and snobby. With that being said thank you.

I usualy never get specialty subs but at this location I got double meat then after she took it out pf the Oven she said she dosent have the sub crunch and wouldnt make me a diffrent sub and I said Im leavimg and she said have a vreat day?? After arguing and causing a scene it was a 6 inch, skip this location at all costs. This was today at 11:25 AM.
