Private own subway so they don't accept coupons. They always burn my bread :(. They add very little veggies and you have to ask for more.

Meh.... I guess it was okay. This is probably my least favorite of my local Subway locations.... usually... BUT... this time was no exception.

Do better, folks! I know you can! You've got a great bunch of sandwich artists there who could/should be among the best. I just think y'all aren't motivated. Maybe y'all need a raise or maybe you're just not interested in being the best, but neither of those is likely to happen until you get it together and BE AS AMAZING as I can tell you already have it in you to be!

If YOU step it up and really TRY to WIN, I know you will. I guarantee it. I also guarantee that it will be made $WORTH$ $YOUR$ $WHILE$ VERY MUCH... VERY SOON...

This has got to be one of the best subways I’ve ever been to tbh. Sandwich artist (whose name I did not catch) was so nice and he made our sandwiches so perfectly ? He followed all our requests when it came to how we wanted our subs made. Came in around 9 pm, we were the only ones in there so he took his time and made our sandwiches so bomb! Thank you sandwich artist from 04/26/24 @ 9 pm ? You rock!

HORRIBLE experience, these workers take forever and all they do is talk. I spent 20 minutes there. I got there at 5pm and didn’t leave until 5:20. there was 2 workers helping another customer out at the register. It was not busy at all. That is a one person job. Theres no need for two people to be there when they are getting ringed up. apart from that i only got two sandwiches and the worker took forever. She kept talking to her coworker and stopping to talk & giggle. I believe the chit chatting can wait until afterwards. They also didn’t take my coupon and told me they are not validating them which doesn’t make sense. this coupons come in the mail for a reason. The coupon wasn’t expired its March 28. The coupon doesn’t expire until April 11. Super upset and unhappy. I unfortunately wont be coming to this location again it was a frustrating experience.

I went to subway from Euclid and Katella and I ordered a pizza from them they guy was nice but never told me the pizza had cheese and sauce already so I asked him for more cheese and sauce and it was totally bad not well done , so I just paid for nothing, subway has to make sure their workers know how to properly prepare the subs and pizzas, salads, If I'm saying it is because I worked for 12 years for this franchise and not all the workers knew how to do it right.

Just went to order a sandwich and an older lady had the door locked and when she unlocked it she said she’s not honoring any coupons I said that’s fine as soon as I walked in she had a bad attitude so I decided to leave and she started having a dumb smirk on her face don’t go there!

No complaints on the food, but good luck ordering online. The staff, in particular the older woman, does NOT know how to follow instructions on how I want my sandwich made. Forget even selecting the "more" option, it won't be followed. You have additional instructions? Forget those too, because they won't be followed. I'm not sure how much clearer I can be by asking that the mayonnaise and mustard, or whatever other condiment, be put ON the bread and not in the middle like they usually make a sandwich.

I came to buy a sandwich today and the Indian lady had a bad attitude and don't have patience with the customer. She is rude and she looks dirty looking at me. The owner must hire some employee that has a good attitude and are not rude employee like the Indian girl who works here. You will lose a good customer because of this rude Indian employee. I'm very disappointed.
