Worst subway every I live down the street and my son had to use the restroom. The Hispanic lady told me it was for customers only. I explained to her it was a emergency she then told me that they were watching her on the camera and she couldn't. She actually looked scared we walked out and went to the gas station. Problem solved thank goodness. My issue is this we live in the neighborhood have visited this location in the past we support our we local business owners but this person is beyond words. Why would you think it's ok to scare these employees? I will never set foot in this location you obviously don't care of people in the area.

Why do people lack such common sense. Walked into this subway on a Sunday with four other customers. Nobody else was inside. Two people were working. But the lady decides to go on a break right when the four people walk in. I was third in line literally waited almost 25 minutes as the poor guy was by himself taking orders phone orders and money all by himself while the lady sat there and watched eating her sandwich. Pure lack of common sense.

Terrible customer service around 4:22pm November 9th. The girls were so unbelievably rude. Do not reccomeded this subway. The worst part is my child peed her pants because they were cleaning the bathroom and refused to let her use it. You can stop for 30 seconds. Have some compassion.

Just do yourself a favor and go to a different subway. You can thank me later. Staff is rude and don't bother ordering online they will continue helps other people even 30min past the time it was supposed to be done. Knowing your waiting

Ive been coming here @ this location throughout the years.Today is my last day supporting this location only.Subway was giving out FREE 6inch Subs 7/12/2022 and says on the website and social media.So i came in today around 10am ish and ask the staff if i can get a free 6inch sub.These 2 ladies that work behind the counter was stunned when i ask them.Seems like they were trying to play d*** and dont know whats going on.They both were talking in spanish and all of a sudden she told me that this location doesn't give out FREE subs.i told them its on your website and social media.She replied back to me and said our manager told us that this location does not participate on the free subs.I left disappointed and wasted my time.So i ended up calling around the area on other locations and found a branch that offers the free sub.I drove off and went to this location 1807 E.Orangethorpe Ave. placentia CA.When i got there i walked in got my Philly cheesesteak sub without any questions or fuzz.The staff members were professional and kind.There was even a note that says free 6inch sub today while supplies last.Thats the kind of business that i will support for HONORING what they offer.Definitely i will spend my money on this location and avoid the other location across Kaiser Permanente clinic.

I have only been in this Subway maybe 5 or 6 times. I've never had a problem. Lately, I've been using their app to order my sandwiches and I love it!! The app also houses all the weekly coupons which makes it easier to save money. I also use their curbside service and it's great. The last time I ordered from them, I got a meatball sandwich. It was hot, freshly made and delicious. The employee was friendly and professional.
