The subway app needs fixing I ordered a Diet Coke BOTTLE and when I went to pick it up they told me they don’t sell bottled and they only have the soda machine I don’t like soda from the machine I prefer bottled , on the app subway offers BOTTLED soda so I purchased a bottled soda and they end up telling me they don’t give bottled sodas . Please fix that thank u

Hey this Subway is in the Shell gas station and is in the back when you enter the little convenience store the food is really good it's open 24 hours you can't beat that because not many places are open this late in Orange County or North Orange County so it's very convenient prices are okay and the food is pretty good especially even late night and services acceptable nothing of the exemplary but good place to get food when you're hungry and a good sandwich I recommend it

The Subway sandwich store is inside of the LA Palma Shell location. Picked up a delicious Buffalo chicken sandwich after delivering a load of clean gasoline with MJ Tanklines. Great staff and quick service.
Horrible attitude and customer service. After the 3rd attempt to make my sandwich. , i asked for a copy of my receipt, and had to walk away disapointed. losing my hard-earned money with an empty stomach.

I was given the wrong order, I walk back to get a refund, the lady answer me rudely, I wasn't being rude, I nicely asked her for a refund because I was given the wrong order, she grab the bag and threw it to the trash, she was upset, she then proceed to dump out the change from the tip jar, and give me the refund in coins, when I paid with a bill. I didn't argue. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
